O hotel é muito bem localizado, confortável e limpo. Entretanto, mesmo falando em inglês e com educação, fui mal tratada por todos funcionários aos quais conversei na recepção. Parecia que estava pedindo favor ou incomodando.
Infelizmente, os hotéis subiram demais os preços e pagamos caro para sermos tratados com falta de educação. Tirando isso, recomendo.

O hotel é excelente. Localização e serviço incrível ! Happy hour na piscina sensacional. Excelente estadia em south Beach

Love the Design and Vibe of this Hotel. Great Location & Wonderful Staff. In addition, the rooftop pool is a nice oasis. Walk to virtually anywhere you need to in SoBe from this Central Location.

The room was small particularly the bathroom and shower which were split oddly between the hallway upon entering the room. The pool is small and outdated on the roof of the building next door. 8 people maximum can fit comfortably. The location was within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants.

The room was small and poorly lit. While the lighting was somewhat unique, it offered little control or direction. The TV had so many channels it was hard to select anything as literally paging thru hundreds. There is a mandatory $150 resort fee which gets you a free chair at the beach, but if you want an umbrella, you have to rent it. The rooftop patio and pool is wonderful as is the location. Also nice is the direct access to the restaurant and bar if weather is bad or you don’t feel like going out.
