The house in Laer has been redesigned using natural building materials such as clay plaster and wood wool. Solid oak floors and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable indoor climate all year round.



The open-concept living area combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room into one inviting space. Solid tables made from wood sourced from our own forest, handcrafted window frames, and brick room dividers give the apartment its very special character.
