Water damage, the water en el shower is brown, i never come back, and the staffing is terrible

Dirty water in the shower, really bad breakfast just bread and coffe, 1 day no water, never clean the room, so for $85 the night is really expensive

not great, would probably not stay again

had trouble both with checkin and checkout with no one being around. this became a problem in the AM.. our son got sick (from anxiety) in the middle of the night and threw up. i rinsed the sheets myself and noticed stains on the matress protector and matress on the side of the bed i was on, not my son. rinsed the sheet out myself. was to tell the front desk in the morning, but no one was around to tell. after my wife got a call about a charge for damage the next day, we stopped back at the hotel and explained the stains were there, and on the wrong side of the bed from where my son threw up anyway. in the end, they ended up concluding to charge us 50$ for a pillow and cover (not sure if it was a pillow cover or a matress cover, it wasnt specified in the note). this for "damage" caused by our son (to the pillow anyway?) unfortunately getting sick. we did not intentionally cause damage, it was an unavoidable accident, and yet they charge us for it. it just ended up feeling as if they were looking for ways to make extra money by charging people for "damage" that they didnt cause, and excessive amounts for unfortunate illness. we've had things happen before but never once has a hotel had the guts to charge us for something like this. very sad. breakfast was very disappointing, hotel did not look like pictured.

Dear Guest,We are very sorry for not having comfortable stay, We tried our best to serve you top of our standards.As per the above feedback, seems like few things was verified and mentioned over the phone.During check-in we did not found any issues as in the morning the staff was there and they were working. As you did not ask or call from the desk for service.We charged you for accidental damage was not normal or usual happened, where we tried our best and try to recover our minimal cost.

Fleas in the room and around the property also the staf dont speak inglish

Juan,We are sorry for your uncomfortable stay, Fleas might come if you open the window whole time.We have our all staff speaks english and other languages. After your check-out we found yellow food stain on bath towels, hand towel which we have thrown because the stain did not came out and we let you go without charged you.
