The place served its purpose but, the room was dirty. There was used snus on the floor, black long hairs in the bathroom, nothing was swept. The tub looked dirty so, I took a shower in flip flops. We asked for a non-smoking but, was given a smoking room that smelt musky. What was wonderful was the staff was very kind and accommodating. We arrived early and they graciously allowed us to check in so we could hurry to my grandmother’s visitation service.

Needs updated. Pool fixed for guests , which we were told by Expedia it was usable and it hasn't been in working condition according to staff.

I want a refund, there was bugs and when I said something about them the lady at the front desk said “ oh, well the exterminators were just here so there shouldn’t be anymore”. Absolutely disgusting.

My son locked the bathroom door and when I went to the desk for help she said they couldn’t do anything until the maintenance came. I asked to use the bathroom and the lady told me to go to the gas station across the street
