This detached holiday home with private swimming pool is set in enclosed grounds in Cuges-Les-Pins. It is a very quiet house. The traditional hillside village lies in the heart of the Massif de la Sainte Baume. The seaside resort of Bandol, the Calanques of Cassis and the beaches of La Ciotat are just a few kilometres away.
The villa is air-conditioned. The 140 m² villa sleeps 12 people. The rooms are pleasantly furnished and decorated in harmonious colours to make guests feel at home. The villa has four spacious bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), a living room, a dining room with a central fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath, and two separate toilets. The comfortably furnished living room has a 120 cm plasma screen with HDMI connection. There is a free WIFI connection. The first 13 m² bedroom has a 160 x 190 cm four-poster bed and a wardrobe, the second 16 m² bedroom has a 190 x 140 double bed and a 190 x 140 sofa bed, and the third 16 m² bedroom has a 190x140 double bed and a 190x140 sofa bed as well as a washbasin and separate toilet. The last bedroom (20 m²) has a double bed (190 x 140) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. This room is also air-conditioned. A 190x90 sofa bed is available in the sleeping area.
The house is complemented by 400 m² of flat land. A three-metre bay window leads to a tiled terrace with a summer kitchen. This is equipped with a pizza oven and gas griddle. The second wooden terrace is furnished and extends right next to the secure swimming pool (8.5x4 metres) which can be used from April to October. Here you will find sun loungers where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hilly landscape. The 8.5 x 4.5 m pool is child-friendly, with depths ranging from 30 cm to 2 m. There are two parking spaces in the grounds, and you can also park in front of the house.

From 11 May 2020 until the end of the year, here are the hygiene measures put in place for your safety between each booking at Fleur de Sel: Surfaces that are frequently touched will be cleaned and disinfected after each stay. Frequently touched surfaces include: tables, hard backed chairs, door handles, stair railings, light switches, remote controls, cupboard and wardrobe handles, toilets, sinks and washbasins, bedside tables and kitchen worktops and other bathroom surfaces. A two-step approach will ensure the hygiene of these surfaces: to begin with, we use detergent or soap and hot water to clean any traces of dirt from these surfaces, before proceeding to a complete disinfection to eliminate germs. Floors, walls, blinds and any other surfaces that are not touched as often will be cleaned with hot water and detergent. We wipe the entire surface with a sponge or cloth. We wear disposable gloves when changing clothes. These will be disposed of after each use. Items will be washed using the hottest temperature and dried thoroughly.
With regard to household products and disinfectants, their concentration, method of application and contact time will be scrupulously respected. In addition, bleach solutions (minimum concentration of 0.1%-0.5% sodium hypochlorite) will be used if the surface is not delicate. The manufacturer's instructions for application, guaranteeing a pause of at least 1 minute and ensuring adequate ventilation of the room, during and after application, will be followed. We check that the product has not exceeded its expiry date. Bleach is effective against the spread of the coronavirus when properly diluted. Take care!
