O hotel se diz 4 estrelas mas na verdade sao 2 ou no maximo 3 estrelas, estrutura antiga, o chuveiro do quarto nao ficava fixo a parede (quebrado), apesar de ter pago todas as taxas e impostos na reserva, o hotel cobrou uns 50 euros de uma “taxa da cidade” que não estava descrito na reserva que teria mais este adicional, apesar de ter argumentado e mostrado que já havia pago por todas as taxas o hotel não abriu mão deste valor. Nem todos os funcionários da recepção falavam inglês ou espanhol, o que dificultou a comunicação com turistas brasileiros. Para um 2 ou 3 estrelas o hotel está ok, mas não é o luxo que parece nas fotos.

Hotel très vieux et lit très inconfortable...

Ne mérite vraiment pas un 4 étoiles ! L'hotel est très vieux et la décoration pas flateuse... Le matelas est très dur, j'avais l'impression de dormir sur du bois et d'ailleurs je n'ai pas réussi à dormir du TOUT ! De plus, c'est très mal insonorisé alors le bruit est omniprésent (route comme couloir...). Je déconseille...

absolute waste of money.

Arrogant and rude reception staff, unwilling to help when they could not find me booking via hotels.com Then they had the cheek ask for payment again and wanted to hold my passport just in case the booking I had already paid for did not materialise. Bed has rock hard with old dated linen. The toilet only flushed 1st then kept trying to fill all night long. Shower head broken with no pressure. Only God knows how they have a 4star rating. Thoroughly disappointed. Abosolute waste of money. Avoid unless like me you have be travelling for 24hrs and are desperate for a nights sleep. You have been warned..!!!!

Hôtel noté 4 étoiles qui n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles. Wifi trop faible, télévision date des années 80 sans chaine internationale, service carrément nul (demande de passage d'un technicien pour avoir du chauffage et qui n'est jamais venu !)
