My only complaint is that they charged a $100 deposit on my credit card. They didn't say anything about charging a deposit when we checked in, just asked for the credit card for incidentals should they occur. I'm very familiar with that policy, but this is the first time I was actually charged a "deposit". I was told it would be credited back 2-3 business days after check out. We stayed at the Super 8 in Fairmont less than a month ago and did not have a deposit charged. They should definitely say something at check in about that deposit.

The ad indicates gym is available which is not really true. No elevator access.

Very nice and the staff were amazing. They helped us while we were in town to find our dog who got lost.

This is a average hotel in small town in Minnesota, so there is not much to do. And it's in a small town so far it's safe and people are nice.
