Case# 104978943. Booked 4nights with Taft Tower Hotel PHL. Arrived late night, informed by single security guard that hotel closed for 2yrs already! Called Expedia ASAP from gate. Cannot get refund from Expedia. Expedia Online booking webpage says FULLY REFUNDABLE. Was told to call hotel, myself. How can I call non-existent, closed hotel? I have no info since visibility is via Expedia only. No assistance, no reply when asked for number and account. Money was taken from my account but forwarded to whom? Hotel is closed, but account number still receiving money? Or maybe Expedia taking the money? Expedia must be in partnership with the scammer. Help me get my money back or Give me the phone number of scammer hotel and and scammer account number. As of this writing, 5Feb22, it is still possible to book.

Location for the Price of Quality of the Facility

gute Lage
Publicado em 25 de nov de 2016 na Hotelsdas erste Zimmer welches wir bekamen war schmutzig und entsprach nicht der Buchung. so wurde uns ein anderes gegeben das besser war . Allerdings ist das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig. Wlan ist nur im Flur nicht auf den Zimmern zu haben.

Room was pretty old and there were cockroaches. I checked out of the hotel 3 days before my actual check out date.

Vantagens: Close to everything. The view of Manila was great.
Desvantagens: Facilities in the room. (no cups or glasses) The water pressure in the shower was very poor and I did not have a refreshing shower.
During Papal visit to The Philippines. The Hotel was used by the Presidential guard and Police.
