This home is located in the Upland Crossing subdivision which is a new, safe, and beautiful neighborhood that will make you feel right at home. Canyon Casita can sleep 6 guests with its mix of king, queen, and full beds. The large living area is perfect for our guest's entertainment and the quiet location will keep your evenings enjoyable and relaxing.
The Space:
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a smart TV and desk in the master, and walk in closets in every room. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has a queen-sized bed, and the third has a full. We provide fresh linens and plush pillows for each bed to guarantee great sleep. There are additional blankets for those that sleep on the cool side. Each bedroom has nightstands and hangers in the closet for clothes as well.
Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and there will be plenty of hot water for each guest. The vanities in this home provide ample storage space! Both bathrooms have wall mounted shower dispensers with plenty of Shampoo and Body Wash. There are plenty of fluffy bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths available during your stay.
In the kitchen of this home, you'll find most everything you need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many fine restaurants or cook yourself a meal. Double check the amenities section of this listing for all that we supply in the kitchen. There is a pantry in the kitchen should you have the need to store a lot of groceries or items during your stay.
Just off the kitchen is a separate dining area with 4 chairs. There are also two barstools for an extra space to eat or enjoy a family game night.
The living room of this home has a comfortable couch and a large TV so that you can enjoy your favorite streaming services. You are welcome to access any of the streaming channels on this TV with your own accounts. Just don't forget to log out before you depart! We made sure that the internet at this property is fast for any streaming, gaming, or work needs you may have during your stay.
The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets.
Guests are welcome to use the garage if needed, and will accommodate standard-sized vehicles. There is not a remote for the garage and will have to be opened and closed from within. There is additional parking in the front for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street.
For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are cameras at the front and back entry doors as well as a doorbell camera that record with motion.
We look forward to hosting you at Canyon Casita! A rental agreement is required to book our property. You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability) Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure.
**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**
Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy as the owner has terrible allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense. Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:
Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay, and the new owner chooses not to honor future reservations, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, but we will not be held responsible for securing alternate accommodations or covering any associated costs.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent the day before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request.
House Rules:

- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.
Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.
