Great Stay

It was a great place to spend our vacation at. The backyard was a great area to hang out after a day of hiking. It was nice that the place had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and so many more amenities. The place was very easy to find and very accessible.

Great place. Really like having a garage. The high chair was a plus. Two things welcome book needs to be updated and the toilet in full bath needs to be adjusted. We hope to get this place next year when we con do the nutcracker

Hidden gem

This duplex is amazing. It was a great location and we felt very safe. There is everything you could want there. Keurig k-cups, paper goods, and too many appliances to list are provided. There is a great backyard with a picnic set and toys if you come with kids. We were also able to use the garage. We hope to stay here again.

To start, Christy was awesome at communication!! She is a top notch host. The house was cozy, comfortable and had so many amenities. Not just the basics, this home has just about everything you have in your own home. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great hot water and pressure. The garage made it so convenient to back in and unload straight into the well appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend staying at this rental to everyone. The washer and dryer were so great to have to use!! I always read reviews before booking and when I saw and read all 5 starts here I just knew the home would not be anything less. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Christy!! 9

I actually didnā€™t stay here, but set up my wife and kids while they were visiting their grandparents in Loveland. My wife insisted I leave a review because of how much she enjoyed her stay. Kids also loved it. Communication was fantastic and location was minutes away from my wifeā€™s family.

4 night stay, dropping off daughter at college.

Perfect for what we needed. Great host. Had a minor plumbing issue and plumber was there within 20 minutes to fix the problem. Will stay there again when we come back to Ft. Collins area!

Great stay!

The property was fantastic - clean and stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner was great! We contacted her to know that someone had broken the cornhole boards prior to us being there, and she had her son bring over a new set! We would definitely stay again if weā€™re ever back in town.

The duplex was spotless and smelled great upon arrival. Nice Central Location

The property worked perfectly as a central location for our week stay in the area. Our drives to Estes Park and RMNP, Fort Collins, Boulder and Denver were all easy from this property. The property itself was clean and homey when we arrived, and very comfortable between daily adventures. The property hosts were timely and friendly in all communications. We would certainly consider staying here again, and would recommend this property to others.
