Unsatisfied with this resort (this is my 7th all inclusive 5 of which were in Mexico)
The pros: the resort grounds are clean, esthetically pleasing and well maintained. The view from the lobby looking out to the ocean is gorgeous. The pools are beautiful, clean, warm and there are several options for various views. Beach is clean. There are several vendors on the beach so be aware that your relaxing beach walk will include constant asking if you want to buy a bag, massage, towel, hat etc)
Cons: literally everything else. For an all inclusive resort the food and liquor were not up to par. The food is bland, uninspiring and inedible at some spots (room service specifically). The room service menu is very limited unless you pay for elite club. Cheese sandwiches, or club sandwich with cold chips on limp bread. Breakfast room service is only breads and butters and coffee, teas (i mean really? I have never experienced this at any other resort)
The theme of the resort seems to be to cut costs, provide bottom of the barrel products and only provide a small amount at a time forcing you to have to keep requesting towels, etc. Housekeeping never provides hand towels, but they provide bath towels. We were here 4 nights, hand towels were never left in our room. These are the main towels you use to take a bath/shower with. Don't know what that's about!
Liquor selections were terrible. Mixers were knock off versions of sprite, gingerale etc with artificial sweeteners. Skip this resort
