Everything was great, valet parking is pretty much forced on you at $49 per night and you gotta’ tip every time they get your car for you so have cash handy I wasn’t prepared for that. I thought it was just standard self park at the property. We got a room with a beautiful city view with two beds, but the beds were tiny. I want to say maybe they were full size mattresses, pillows were great, mini fridge in the room but no microwave. The lobby is beautiful and the pool was heated but no hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Room was dusty and charging ports were sticky. The building felt abandoned as many shops were closed down. The surrounding area is fairly unsafe and not many dining options available

We are located in a district that usually thrives with attractions, but some amenities may vary due to changing circumstances. The property met all my expectations. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I appreciated the amenities. I will say the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. The only negative is the fact that when we were at the pool there were people on the hotel property (presumably not guests) smoking marijuana right next to the pool.

Absolutely perfect for a couple getaway like I had. Went to the warriors vs lakers game..wasn’t far away.. restaurant upstairs on the 35th floor was breathtaking. Staff was amazing!

Could use better food services. No real restaurant but has a small cafe with limited menu. Had a very bland breakfast sandwich. Also, expensive parking wich is quite a distance from the lobby.

It’s an experience staying in this hotel, it’s huge and very unique. Staff is friendly, the food not my favorite but it’s walking distance from other restaurants.

Stayed for one night. Work trip. Arrived at midnight checked out at 8am. Room is good size and very quiet, bed comfortable. Stay here all The time as close to work and definitely recommend.

Overall, great place to stay! Rooms were a little small but has everything you need. Places to eat were nice with great service. Prime location in downtown, easy to get around the city. Only downside was the heater in the pool was broken and when asked about it the lady was rude with her response.

Front desk people varied in courtesy and helpfulness. Overall grateful for the manager and 3 out of the 4 people we interacted with who provided the kind of professional courtesy I expect from Weston: polite, friendly, efficient, and customer-focused. The concierge staff were all helpful and friendly even when they mistakenly delivered luggage that was not ours to our room: they apologized and were gracious. They had issues with housekeeping and we weren’t able to get our room made up for the two nights we stayed. They compensated with rewards points and a sincere apology that we appreciated. We would stay again as a result of the customer service in spite of one or two mishaps…believe all deserve some grace given tough economic times for lots of workers and difficultly keeping good staff. Also revolving restaurant staff was excellent and deserve bonuses for truly customer focused service.

Thebinaise is absolutely gorgeous. I like the water features and the pool area. I also enjoyed walking up from the parking garage and being able to see some of the films that used the hotel.
