We certainly aim deliver a luxury hotel experience while still having all the conveniences of home within each beautifully designed suite. We are very pleased you enjoyed your suite. Since the pandemic, Downtown LA has experienced many changes. We are excited to see DTLA return to its former glory in the near future. We hope to welcome you back to see the difference.

the furnished rooms are no frill- but they are comfortable with enough kitchen equipment to stay a few days. The pool and basketball court are great and the outdoor space with fire pits. We would stay again- lots of dining options near by

The concierge staff was so respectable and nice .. but valet stereotyped us along with security.. Leaving us will one luggage carrier when we had multiple rooms they told us we all had to share one which wasn’t right we saw that it was multiple available. As far as security we followed all the rules and still got a room check I guess our appearance to them was suspicious because we didn’t look like the standard business people who occupy their residence I felt so ashamed and embarrassed..
