Execelente custo benefício
Publicado em 25 de abr de 2022 na HotelsHotel muito confortável, limpo, funcionários cordiais, quartos grandes e transporte para os parques rápidos e organizados.
Voltaria com certeza e recomendo.
Única sugestão é ter um microondas no quarto, mas entendo que este recurso não esteja disponível pois há serviços de alimentação no hotel, que na maioria das vezes não nos atendiam pq chegávamos muito tarde e estes já estavam fechados.
Estacionamento apesar de pago também amplo e organizado.
Excelente local de estadia

We stay here every time we come to Disneyland, but the last 2 times, the front desk staff seems short, irritated, when there's a question you can tell they get annoyed. This time was kinda my last straw. We arrived back to our room on Monday 4/15, the power was out, when we asked if we would be compensated the girl cut us off and told us to enjoy some chips, water and soda on them. The items were on the couch in a box, like really?? No I'm sorry this happened here's your deposit back or complimentary breakfast. We couldn't charge our phones which we needed to. Power was out for about 10-12hrs. In the morning, there was still no acknowledgment to the power being out. We also had food and drinks in our fridge that went bad and we woke up to the room being warm. Another thing that the other guests were venting about on the shuttle ride to and from the parks, were the $200 deposit they hold when you check in. Do you guys ever stop and think that that money is part of our vacation?? Also, don't advertise free parking when you charge $30 to park each night. From now on, we will be staying at other properties. I want to give my thanks to the restaurant staff that helps with the buffet, they are excellent, as well as the shuttle drivers, I know they have a rough job as well, but they are ALWAYS on time and wait a few mins each way to pick up as many people as possible.

The bus to and from hotel to Disney was what interested us to this hotel, it was an excellent service.
Hotel took a while to find reservations - were odd and said oh you didn't book direct you booked through a third party like Expedia?
Our room was at back of hotel, I am 74 years old and after walking all day at Disney and then once to hotel to walk down 3 long hallways which was longer than walk from entrance of Disney to bus. when I mentioned the room was not only hard to find and a long walk front entrance person at desk just smiled??? not concerned.
I will stay there again and recommend to others just will ask for room not so far from front entrance.

Shower was luke warm, the room was stuffy and was too warm. The shuttle service was nice to have.

Traffic noise and no room service. But the place is a good stay over all.

I like having the shuttle service to and from Disneyland, but all the other hotels have shuttles too. The gift shop and food store are incredibly OVERPRICED. They charged me extra for napkins and utensils, I was shocked. The rooms and the entire hotel need to be fixed up and thoroughly cleaned.
