Overall our stay was without any serious issue. The hotel was easy to find and the lobby/restaurant was clean and had a nice welcome feel to it.
Check in was a little slow and the bar wasnāt always attended so I would say service could have been better, but again, this was minor so nothing to cry about by any means. The staff themselves were smiley and friendly and thatās all that counts to me really.
Our room was on the ground floor, the hall way leading to the rooms had a very unpleasant smellā¦ one that I would seriously consider complaining about as it was nauseating.
The plus side, was that the bedroom was absolutely spotless! No smell (thankfully), the bed was very firm, which I do like, however only 1 pillow each, and as a side sleeper I would prefer two, which has always been standard in other establishments. As we were there only for 1 night, I didnāt want to bother the staff by asking for another. But something to consider if you are staying here.
Overall the stay I would rate 8/10 - parking here is very limited, so have a back up plan if you are arriving by car. And to the hotel people, please clean that corridor carpet, itās not nice being greeted with that awful smell!
