"Kalapaki" is Hawaiian for "High Point". Yes we are definitely located on a high location on the Kalapaki Bay Cliff with an amazing oceanfront view. We face directly west as well, the sunsets over the mountains, and across the water are just breathtaking!

Float above Kalapaki Bay in luxury and openness as you enjoy the soft breeze and blue waters of Kauai. View the surf, the beach, turtles and spectacular sunsets from one of 3 private lanais.

Our home is conveniently located right in between the 2 finest resorts in Kauai, the Timbers Kauai Resort, and the Royal Sonesta Resort. You're within a block, to fine dining at both resorts. Pamper yourself, you deserve it!

The 16ā€™ ceilings and 12ā€™ high wall to wall sliding glass doors brings the beauty of Kauaiā€™s Kalapaki Bay into your living room. Relax in comfort with no worries and many options. Stay in the inviting and homey Hale Pali Kai or take a short walk to the beach for a swim. Perhaps tennis, a golf outing or a hike; all without getting in your car.

All 3.5 floors offers comfort and privacy including private lanais in Master Bedrooms. The Master bedrooms boast large bathrooms that open to the bedroom and offer views of the bay and sunset as you bathe.

The main living areas and the bedroom with 2 queen beds are on a central AC system and the 2 oceanfront bedroom suites have their own split AC system. Gentle trade winds and open sliding glass doors coupled with ceiling fans ensure a naturally cool environment. Open the north side widows in the dining and living room for added fresh airflow. Rarely does the house experience any bugs. This is due to the proximity to the ocean.

We loved this condo....a private bedroom for each of us (3) great views off the balconies...sea turtles, surfers, the bay and beach, rainbows everyday before us, perfect location: could walk to a variety of restaurants, shopping, booked the Royal Sonesta Resort pool when needed, beach just a short walk away and plenty of chairs, etc for lugging to the beach....great stay for our 70th birthdays!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this beautiful property! The location was perfect! The views were amazing!! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were super comfy! The only issue we had was upon arrival we were notified that the air conditioning was broken in the main part of the house but they had already set up 2 portable units to keep things cool so it wasnā€™t bad at all. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay with our family here in Lihue. It was a centralized location to be able to get out and explore the island, but still had walkable restaurants, gym(KAC), and the beach. The space was perfect as each room had its own onsuite bathroom which allowed for some privacy when needed. Kendra was great and accommodating! We couldnā€™t have asked for a better experience- oh and that view!!!

We love staying at this location - I have rented this spot three times. The location of the property cannot be beat - it is central to everything one may want to do on Kauai, but also has plenty of local/walkable amenities. The living space is a great place to spend time with family with a large amount of space, wide open windows and views. Louise and Kendra are responsive to any issues that may arise.

This property was absolutely wonderful! The views were stunning and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was lovely being able to walk down to the beach and the access to all their beach toys was lovely. I do wish there was a remote for the garage to be able to pull in & out of with ease instead of having to jump out of the car to run and open/close the garage. And oddly enough non of the slider doors seemed to lock but we felt safe enough that we didnā€™t let it bother us too much. Overall, I would 100% stay here again! It was absolutely amazing!

This house is incredible. Perfect for our family of six. Has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Sand toys/flippers/wagon to carry your beach chairs. Even a cooler. The location is perfect, so much so we wouldnā€™t stay anywhere else if we came back.

The property was amazing! Very spacious for a family of 7, great views, walking distance to the beach, modern and clean. The beach was kid friendly as it was protected by a barrier. The house had water shoes, snorkel, boogie boards, etc. The location was absolutely perfect. Did I mention the views? Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property pictures look beautiful, but they don't even do the house justice. The views are amazing. The house had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed walking down to the beach every day and explored activities on the island with our rental car. We would definitely stay at this property again!

This beautiful condo is perfectly located with access to a pretty beach, a golf course, great food and long walking paths. We loved every minute of our stay. The location is great for exploring the whole island. The condo itself is modern, spacious and has every amenity you need. Huge bathrooms, bedrooms and tall ceilings with a lovely view of the beach, an active harbor and nearby mountains. We enjoyed our too brief family vacation and would love to return!

This house was great for our extended family coming together. The rooms were spacious and the views were unmatched. It was a quick walk to the beach, golfing and other lovely views. We would definitely stay here again as Louise and Kendra, the property owner and manager were incredibly helpful attentive and made our stay better. We hope to come back again!

Certainly the views from the house are its biggest highlight--they are spectacular over Kalapaki Bay and the mountains...just gorgeous. We enjoyed the airiness of the house and its proximity to the beach. The mid-stay cleaning was very good. The pots and pans in the kitchen could use an upgrade and there were some areas in the house that were not so clean when we arrived. The shades in the bedrooms filter the light just minimally so that could be an issue for some, but waking up to the sound of the ocean was a joy. Depending on the wind, the planes flying in and out of Lihue can sometimes be clearly heard at night. We enjoyed our time in the house and can recommend it!

This was our second stay at this property. Louise and Kendra are super helpful. The property is super clean, modern and any issues that popped up were addressed promptly. The location is perfect, close to the airport, walking distance to beach and restaurants, short drive to costco and safeway, and equidistant driving to either side of the island for any activities you may want to do for your visit.

There are only a few homes from which you can enjoy an expansive view of Nawiliwili bay and beach. And so close to walk to everything as if you were at the resorts. The home is amazing on its own too. Luxurious and comfortable. Spacious for 3 generations to spread around.

The home itself was beautiful. Attention to detail was on point. The little extras made it so much easier -things like having a cooler, beach towels and wagon for all the the chairs and beach fun. There was enough space for the teenagers to be teenagers and us to be adults!! The bartenders at the resort below were amazing and we felt welcomed everywhere we went. ABC in walking distance and Walmart and Instacart deliver! The home was so clean and Louise and Kendra answerd every question we had promptly. Would stay here again!!

We stayed here for a week with my brothers and their families. The view was amazing, the beach access was great, the kitchen was well appointed, plenty of beach toys in the garage, good A/C, lots of space, a bathroom for every bedroom ... we don't have a single complaint, this place was amazing!!
