The hotel was above average friendly and hospitable.
The head of the reception Mr. Zvonimir deserves praise for his work and the efforts of the guest to get a good feeling when he came to the second home. All the best and thanks for the wonderful personal reception of the guest and service

Hotel a 3 stelle ma con servizi buoni e funzionali. Si accede alle terme e cure direttamte e velocemente. Impianto molto valido anche se datato. Si vedono i segni del tempo e necessiterebbe di un sostanziale riammodernamento ma le basi ci sono tutte. Adatto a coppie di una certa età e famiglie e dotato di buone strutrure, piscine per tutti i gusti. Parco ed animazione. Ricordate comunque che è anche un luogo di cure mediche oltre che termali per cui non aspettatevi discoteche e notti folli. La zona intorno è culturalmente e storicamente interessante, crocevia tra 4 nazioni Ungheria Austria Croazia oltre che Slovenia. Vino buono, molto buono. accidenti se è buono! Ma non mettetevi al volante. Ci sono 4 polizie di quattro stati diversi che vi aspettano.

Vantagens: Staff and terms
Really, I think its may be 4**** AND NOT 3***. Why?
You have in the room safe and bath in the bathroom and small minibar.
So, yes, its no new, and I prefer ligth in the corridor(now you need find the switch), also breakfast same day after day, and practically no vegetables, and in the room only one free power socket.
So, really there are disadvantages, it's not perfect, but for this price it's exellent!

Vantagens: Kylpylästä sekä mukavasta sijainnista rajojen tuntumassa.
Desvantagens: Päivitys 2000-luvulle piristäisi.
Localização: Hotelliin on helppo osata. Unkariin on matkaa vain noin seitsemän kilometriä ja Kroatiaan ehkä muutama kilometri vähemmän. Nähtävää siis riittää ainak
Viivyimme kaksi yötä. Kävimme kerran kylpylässä. Valitettavasti emme huomanneet, että altaita oli vielä lisää (mm. varsinainen uima-allas) pienen matkan päässä.

Terme Lendava is a thermal resort, appreciated by the guests also for its traditional hospitality and affordable health or active holidays by the unique paraffin-rich thermal springs. We are very commited to guarantee a good value for our guests and maintain our objects to fit the 3* standards. However, we agree with you that we could still make some improvements. We've already started with partial renovation of hotel rooms and appartments and we are also planning to renew the swimming pool area.
I am really sorry that we couldn't live up to your expectations. Hopefully we will stil be able to welcome you back in the future.
