Have a great time at Cordis Hotel. Amenities were great and Staff were amazing. I ordered a cake for my mum's birthday, but they send us a tray package which is really cute along with the cake. Thank you. will be booking again on our next travel.

Great stay at the Cordis. Loved the swimming pool and the kids particularly loved the buffet breakfast. Such a great location with the MTR station virtually in the building. Really handy and comfortable stay. Would recommend.

I have stayed at the Cordis many times for business. I always get a Club room as their Club Lounge is excellent. It's a great location, near the mall, restaurants and the Mongkok MTR.

I had a delightful stay at the Cordis Hotel, where cleanliness and hospitality were evidently top priorities. The swimming pool is heated, very nice for this time of the year. We love the steam and sauna rooms, this is one of the reason we decided to stay here. The staffs are very friendly, go above and beyond to help you. Room is made daily and two 1 liter glass bottle of filtered water provided daily. If you need more water, the filter faucet is in the Lobby and you can refilled as much as you want. We had to buy filtered water at the super market when staying at other hotels in Hong Kong before. This hotel is connected to Mongkok MTR train station via interconnected bridge of Latham Place shopping mall. Very convenient for transportation. We will definitely stay here again next time in HK.

Manager wrote an email saying the hotel will gift us a bottle of red wine for our anniversary celebration but we found nothing in the room. During check-in, they couldn’t find us a room with king bed. Waited about 25 min for the check-in and they finally gotten us a room with king bed. Supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but this level has very strong residual cigarette smoke smell throughout the corridor and room. The number of air purifiers along the corridor n in the room did nothing to remove the smell.

Every morning, the housekeepers will wake us with their constant banging. They are extremely loud and noisy when pushing their carts in the hallway. The banging gives me headaches. I feel that it might be “intentional” to wake us so they can come in to clean the room since they get paid extra per room cleaning, allegedly. Aside from the noise and rude awakening, the female housekeepers are actually very friendly and nice. They would greet us with a smile every morning as we walk out of our room. I feel the hotel is actually safe unless you are staying by yourself. There is a male “housekeeper” that would enter your room in the afternoon even though you specifically ask for “NO HOUSEKEEPING FOR TODAY”. They said it is hotel policy that they enter regardless if the guest don’t ask for housekeeping for more than 2 days. What kind of policy is this?! I was literally taking a shower with my bathroom door opened when the male “housekeeper” tried to enter my room after I said “NO HOUSEKEEPING”. Very sketchy. If you are traveling alone, especially females, be very careful.

A male staff claiming to be “housekeeping” entered my room with hotel key while I was in the shower with the bathroom door opened. I had put my sign up for DO NOT enter, but staff would enter anyway. Good thing I had the top lock on as well as the bottom lock so he was only able to open the door a little bit but was unable to open the door fully. He then said (through the door) that I hadn’t have housekeeping service for 2 days already so he decided to come into my room even when my door sign says “no”. This is insane. This is scary and this needs to be addressed. I will let all others know about this situation to warn others. I am very sure this is not an isolated incident. I know this happens quite often since the worker seemed and sounded very calm about it as I was in shock.

I don’t usually write reviews. But want to provide some feedback to other users. Great location and services. Nice clean modern hotel that offers spacious room. They are really thoughtful on providing all the amenities such as scale, outlet converter, coffee machine, filter water. House keeper is also very nice and friendly, her name is Ada served the 33rd floor. Great stay for three nights. When we checked in, they offered the hot towel to clean hands! Super comfortable.
