We loved the location and all of the amenities the resort had to offer. The Condo is within walking distance of the beach and pool. The onsite restaurants make it easy for a quick dinner. We traveled with a six year old and she loved the park at the resort, itā€™s the perfect area for kids. If youā€™re looking for a fun family friendly outing there is also putt putt and an arcade within walking distance of the resort (not on property). There is a nice shaded path all the way there. The owner was very easy to communicate with and getting an extra parking pass was a very simple process. The Condo itself was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and everything we needed. Overall I highly recommend this property if youā€™re traveling with kids but would also be nice for an adult getaway as well.

The property is a great place to stay and the location is perfect for everything in Hilton Head. The condo was clean and spacious. The property manager was great to deal with and even got us an early check-in. I will definitely book here again. The pool was nice and big and the beach proximity was good.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and especially liked having the beach wagon for the short walk to the beach. We also liked that the condo was on the first floor and easily accessible. The owner was very responsive when I called with a question. The resort had a lot to offer and we plan to stay again.

Great condo for young kids, easy walk to beach (wagon included), play ground, and pool. Bike rentals available at the property although the bikes are not the greatest, they did the job. Couple of quirks with the condo but overall Iā€™d give it a 4.5, it worked great for our family!

Very well located with great restaurants around and shopping. The balcony looks over a pond and it's very relaxing. The unit is well appointed and clean. Just a 2 min. walk to the beach. The management is easy to talk to and accommodating. The entire resort is very quiet and clean. Looking forward to our next stay.

This is an adorable beach condo. The location is great - access to the beach and plenty of resort amenities (bikes, restaurants, etc). While the listing was accurate, we were slightly disappointed by how bare bones the condo amenities were. It is truly just the basics - no coffee or beach towels - which is hard for travelers coming by air. We also loved the inclusion of the beach goodies (chairs, boogie board, etc.) but some of the items are in very bad shape - essentially unusable. Renting this condo was a good experience- but a few tweaks could easily make it great!

Like I said above, it was cute and the host was easy to get in contact with. It was about a seven minute walk to the ocean and there was a cool pool/karaoke area just before the sand. The only major negative was that the check out list was quite long, especially since you pay the cleaning charge (I mean they wanted you to strip the beds and close all blinds and leave it clean as it was when you got there so we had to sweep and wipe down tubsā€¦Iā€™m still nervous Iā€™m going to get Charged for something I missed) but overall it was a fun little place.

Beautiful property super close to the beach. Beach is an easy walk even with little kids. Lots of activities at the pool that the kids enjoyed. We hated to leave.
