You will love the spectacular views from this luxury one bedroom, tenth floor, oceanfront condominium which overlooks Maui's beautiful Kaanapali Beach.
It is located in the "Lanai building" at the highly rated Mahana at Kaanapali Resort.
With our unobstructed views, we fondly refer to our unit as ā€œAloha Kai Naniā€, or ā€œlove the beautiful seaā€.

We are located on Kaanapali Beach, which was rated the #1 beach in the US and #4 in the world in the 2024 Travels Choice Awards on Trip Advisor! Also itā€™s was #1 in the 2023 USA Today Readers Choice. You can't beat the location.

The large lanai overlooks the ocean and is perfect for whale watching and enjoying the spectacular sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. Often you can see turtles bobbing in the waves from the lanai and front windows.

Mahana 1014 has been remodeled. Highlights include a new gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, as well as a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The comfortable king size bed will leave you relaxed to enjoy your vacation in paradise.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet sunset dinner, along with all the table settings and linens. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Step out of the condo and enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk for miles along the beautiful sandy beach. There are two Tommy Bahama beach chairs with a matching umbrella for your use during your stay.

The quiet surroundings at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer uncommon privacy, yet we are very close to the activity of the Kaanapali Resort area. Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, as well as shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball. There are two barbecue areas for your use, one by the pool and one in a garden setting.

Take a short walk up the beach to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

Groceries, equipment rentals, food trucks, souvenirs, etc. are only a five-minute walk away.

You can get easily get by without a rental car with shopping and restaurants so close by, and you are on one of the best beaches on the island. Just take a shuttle from the airport if you decide not to rent a car.

If you do rent a car, Parking for one vehicle is included in your rental. There are NO additional resort fees.

This condo is best suited for two people. If you have more people, or you need another condo for extended family, please ask.

Incredible views, away from crowds

We loved our stay! The views are breathtaking, we felt like we were on our own little private beach, and the condo had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We saw turtles everyday and loved sitting on the lanai/patio and looking at the ocean.

Maui Dream Vacation

My husband and I traveled to Maui for my 30th birthday and had the best trip imaginable. This beautiful property was a huge part of making our stay incredible. The unit is clean, comfortable, cozy, and has the most fantastic view of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. Everything about getting to and from the property is a breeze, and Sandy is so communicative. She even helped us get a replacement hairdryer during our stay! Thank you for everything!

Paradise Found

Great location, property is exactly as advertised. We saw whales every day, turtles swimming by, and even a pod of dolphins. We snorkeled most mornings and spent the afternoons reading or snoozing under the palms by the ocean. Great restaurants nearby and the Maui fish market for cooking in. Can't wait to return

Unbelievable Viewā€¦And So Much More!

In addition to the amazing view, this unit was immaculate and well appointed. We especially appreciated the little thingsā€¦beach chairs, beach umbrella, binoculars, coolers and icees. The whale watching each day made this one of our favorite beach vacations ever!Directions for getting to and into the unit were precise and easy to follow. Canā€™t recommend this unit enough!

The most beautiful place to stay

We were so lucky to see so many whales and turtles everyday from the lanai. There was even a Monk Seal on the beach just in front of the property one afternoon. We watched the sunsets every night from the lanai and they were perfect. Lots of amazing snorkelling within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and quiet. The owners were helpful and kind with any questions we had. We loved this property!

Best location and view EVER!

We absolutely loved the location and neat as a pin with great amenities. Aston Mahana has views that are amazingly better than the resorts. The others look nice but you arenā€™t right on the water like this one. I kept saying all week that when you look out the window it has the effect like youā€™re on a boat cruise because all you see is water, youā€™re that close. And because of that you look down watching sea turtles all day every day and whales breaching and spouting in the distance. There is a coral bed right there but donā€™t worry, you just walk to the left side with open beach. Water shoes are a good idea. Snorkeling will show you some great aquatic lifeā€¦especially those big turtles! Right next to Dukeā€™s to grab a mai tai or pina colada. Food truck park is neat. Donā€™t mind the pool is not a massive lazy river. Went next door and itā€™s people everywhere so we thoroughly enjoyed having the pool be lower key. Beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are in perfect shape. Been to other places where they couldnā€™t get your tush off the sand and the back wouldnā€™t stay up. Met people on their anniversary that have been coming there for 23 years. That says a lot. Next time we come back we would stay here again for sure. Used Trilogy for our Molikini snorkel and sunset whale watching apps and drinks tour. They are top notch. Definitely a gem! Everyday we pinched ourselves looking out over the water. Great communication too!

The condo is absolutely perfect. Wonderful location to enjoy the beach, walk the boardwalk, snorkel and dine at fun restaurants. The balcony brings delights of turtles and double rainbows. The host was very responsive and welcoming.

Somehow better than the pictures!

When I first saw this listing, I thought that there was no way the views or descriptions could be reality. I was proved so wrong after our stay here after being blown away by the incredible oceanfront scenery in this clean, comfortable, and well-equipped rental. My wife and I had an incredible honeymoon here, enjoying our daily breakfasts on the Lanai with frequent turtle sightings, easy access to the beach and pool, delicious foods from the nearby food trucks, and breathtaking nightly sunsets over the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

October anniversary stay

Beautiful Home & Location

Highly recommend staying at this condo, it was perfect. It is overlooking the kaanapali beach, we got to enjoy watching turtles and other fishes and even dolfins... The condo has everything youll need for a relaxing and exploring vacation. We snorkelled everyday and it was perfect. The kitchen also has all the utensils we need to cook during the stay home days. From the condo there's access to walk along the entire strip of the beach where you can checkout other hotels/condos and eat at their restuarants. Theres plenty of stores nearby and even foods trucks right next to the building. Even thought there was no AC, the two portables AC units were more than enough it kept us cool indoors during the day and night. If we return to the island, will definetely stay here again. Mahalo.

Everything about this place was great. Incredible views, very well stocked kitchen, thoughtful accommodations like the small ice chests and beach chairs. Great attention to detail. As far as the property, its a 5 minute walk to duke's or the shopping center, quiet, even though its on the 10th floor, the elevator is quick, trash chute is convenient! Great experience!

The condo's floor to ceiling windows were the main attraction and we enjoyed watching for dolphins and sea turtles. The unit was very clean and as advertised and communication with Sandy was easy. Would highly recommend this property.
