Even though you will be surrounded by famous sites, once you get to the house you may not want to go anywhere. Enjoy the Pool, hot tub, gardens and fire pit. Hike to the most beautiful parts of the Jack London State Park straight from the house, no need to drive or go for a run around Lake Suttonfield - a 5 minute walk away. Practice yoga under the wisteria pergola or get a workout gardening!
Enjoy coffee on the back deck and the Sunrise over the Mayacamas Mountains. In the evening, glass of wine in hand, watch the Sunset over Heaven Hill from the pool!
Relax at night in the Hot Tub and Stargaze- the country night is so dark that many more stars are visible to the naked eye than in the city.
Most kids of any age find plenty of ways to keep busy. There are many outdoor toys of different types (and conditions!) on site. The cleaning service will not take care of them but a quick rinse with the hose is all they need and most kids are happy. There are Pool toys and floats, push toys, ride on toys, gardening toys and more. Kids like to race around the winding pathways on scooters and little ones enjoy the small playhouse. There are some books, puzzles and inside toys as well. The kitchen has all the kid cutlery, plates etc you will need so leave yours at home! We love families and welcome yours!
