The Yacht Club Gem! Beautiful renovated with all new furniture and fully equipped and supplied
3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 7 with King Size, Queen Size and 2 Twin size beds and 1 sofa bed. Also a play pen is available for a baby. Second floor condo with Oversize large balcony overlooking resort style pool. Jacuzzi, Gym, tennis courts, basketball court, BBQ area. Across street to the Aventura Mall and two miles from ocean/beach of Sunny Isles. Walk to houses of Worship, restaurants and food shopping. Surrounded by Turnberry Golf Course and 3 mile track for walking/jogging and biking.

Family vacation
Great condo with all necessities for a stay included. The best feature is huge balcony overlooking courtyard/ pool area. Hostess, Pnina, met us at the entrance and answered all the questions. Whole Foods, Target, Publix nearby. Very memorable and nice vacation. Thank you Pnina!

Comfortable and Clean
Great space for a family of 5. Loved having 2 bathrooms, and the rain shower heads were great. Lots of towels and all of the little necessities were provided and plentiful. The beds were comfortable, but pretty noisy when turning over or moving. Not sure if they’re just older or need some tightening up. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. The huge balcony is a definite perk and is great for lounging and eating meals. We made use of the provided board games on a couple evenings and enjoyed the complimentary beverages - thanks, Pnina!! The pool was lovely, the water was a nice temp and the grounds are pretty. There are a handful of older residents bent on making sure kids don’t jump in, splash, or play in the pool. It seemed a little obsessive and unnecessary, considering it’s a spacious pool with enough room to spread out. But we enjoyed it anyway. Overall, this was a beautiful rental that we would be happy to rent again. Pnina was very helpful in getting us settled and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.
Pnina was great! She meets you upon arrival for ease of check in. She has stocked the place well. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Kitchen well stocked including some seasonings. Beach chairs. Hair dryer. For kids: crayons and coloring books, some toys, a pack n play if you need that. Also some games for different ages. Very nice place to stay and nice pool. We used the outdoor grill as well. Thank you Pnina!

Beautiful Vacation
Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was incredible and spacious. The amenities were clean and providing entertainment for all. We were close to so many amazing shops, beaches and restaurants. We will definitely rebook in the future!

Great stay!
Pnina is AMAZING! We travel often, and Pnina hands down is the best host we have ever had! She met us at the condo, gave us a tour, stocked the condo with everything we could possibly need for a week, and was available by text whenever we had a question or needed a restaurant recommendation. We will definitely be back!

Best apartment in superb property
We had a wonderful stay in this truly great apartment. The patio is the crowning glory and it was great to have the extra space and elegance of the patio overlooking the pool and surrounded by palm trees. The apartment feels very private because it is looking out to greenery and palm trees, and is steps to the pool via a simple stair way close by. The apartment itself is beautifully upgraded, with spectacular showers, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Pnina was a perfect host. We will be back!

Remarkable!
The balcony alone is worth the rental. Our family wanted a quiet, comfortable, relaxing location to call home for our vacation and we were not disappointed. Shopping, beaches, restaurants in the vicinity were above our expectations. There is a wonderful walking trail across the street that my wife and I used every morning and enjoyed a great deal. Well maintained pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill. The hostess was kind, informative, and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again next time we are in the area!

Fabulous host - very best in the area
We have stayed in many places in Miami Beach, Surfside, and Aventura. This was among the very best. The place is fabulous, with the largest and most impressive terrace in the complex, expanding completely over the pool. But the difference is the host. She was extraordinarily accommodating and easy to work with, made Shabbos a breeze for us, and made every provision to make our arrival and departure simple. When we arrived it was pouring - she met us at our car with an umbrella, had key cards waiting for us, and games and books for our kids to enjoy during the rainy days. The beds were plentiful and comfortable, and there was even a paw patrol soap dispenser for my toddler (who is still talking about it). And in the midst of COVID, we could not have felt more comfortable with the cleanliness and abundant cleaning supplies. The condo was great, but the contentiousness of the host makes this the very best place we have ever stayed with our children. Thank you Pnina, we will be back.
