Excellent rooms. Spacious and super comfy very convenient for dining out and catching ferry to islands in the morning

Fabulous apartments so close to the Port with many dining options and great location for day trips to the islands. Cafe O had some of the best food and coffee. We've stayed at most of the resorts but would definitely stay at The Palms again

The Palms was a perfect place for us to stay for two nights before taking the Malolo Catamaran to an island for the week.
All basic necessities there. The cafe is fabulous and the staff there terrific. The front desk people seemed to be good but did not seem to address an issue that we know of when we said there seemed to be a leak in the room. Please not this was a minor leak that occurred after a big tropical storm…but I do not know if they ever checked it. The Palms was perfect for what we needed.
