The house features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, distributed over two floors:



Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor.

First floor: 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC, and double washbasin, plus another separate bathroom.



Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool (1.20 m x 1.80 m deep) — perfect for cooling off on sunny days — along with an outdoor shower and an additional bathroom with shower and WC in the pool area.



The villa offers two outdoor dining areas, ideal for enjoying meals under the sun or stars, as well as a spacious and cozy indoor living-dining room on the main floor.



For cooking enthusiasts, the property features a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dinners. Outdoor parking is also available for your convenience.

Location



Felanitx, located in the southeast of Mallorca, is a charming village with a rich wine tradition and a typically Mallorcan character. Its quiet streets and Sunday market reflect authentic local life. At the top of Puig de Sant Salvador, an old monastery offers spectacular views of the island and the Mediterranean Sea.



The surroundings of Felanitx are dotted with vineyards, windmills, and small villages steeped in history. Nearby are coastal towns such as Portocolom, one of the most beautiful natural harbors in Mallorca, where you can enjoy the sea, gastronomy, and a relaxed atmosphere. It is a perfect area to combine nature, culture, and Mallorcan tradition.



Portocolom; about 8 miles (a 15-minute drive). It is the natural harbor of Felanitx and one of the most beautiful in Mallorca.

Cala Marçal; With a sandy beach and clear waters.

Cala Sa Nau or Cala Mitjana; beautiful little coves about a 15-20 minute drive away.

Ecotax (Tourist Tax of the Balearic Islands)

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax (Ecotax) is charged for each guest over 16 years old.



Per day and person:



From November 1 to April 30: €0.55



From May 1 to October 31: €2.20

From the ninth night onwards, the amount is reduced by half.



Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

Payment is mandatory.



Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.
