Clean and beautifully decorated

Great Condo and location!

Lovely home with beautiful decor and amenities.
The owner was great at communicating and responding to questions we had. The extra touches like robes, slippers, workout mats near the hot tub, flowers, champagne, candles, books, and more made us feel very welcomed and pampered. The bathrooms were beautiful and equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, a coffee maker, coffee, plates, bowls, stemware, cups, silverware, baking needs, and more. Jessica was very generous with sharing her pantry as well. The location was convenient to all the places we visited. It didn't take more than 10 to 15 minutes to drive to the various downtown sites. For day trips, it was very convenient to the highways leading out of Denver. We had a large van and never struggled to find parking. I wish we could have stayed longer as we truly enjoyed the beautiful home and tranquil atmosphere. Thank you, Jessica!

Beautiful home
Jessica's four story townhouse is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for a stay out of town. The home was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop was a wonderful space to meet in the morning and the hot tub in the evening was heaven. Be prepared to get your steps in because there are four floors with one bedroom on three of the four floors. We also needed to rent a car because it is not walkable to downtown Denver, but we were close to the Denver Zoo and the Botanic Gardens. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and Jessica was kind enough to call and check in on us while she was out of town.

Great Stay in Denver, CO
Jessica's condo in Denver was ideal for our family stay. Centrally located, with views of downtown, it was perfect for our week of vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated and comes furnished with everything you need. I would highly recommend this property for your next trip to Denver!

Pure AMAZING
Let me start of by saying that this home is amazingly beautiful and super clean! We enjoyed everything about this home. Jessica provided everything we needed and she was the sweetest. She waited for us to make it to her home to greet us. All the bedrooms was absolutely beautiful. Every room was decorated so nice! Her home felt so peaceful and we lovedddddd the hot tub and rooftop! We will definitely be back whenever we come back to Denver! Make sure you Book this home you will not be disappointed! Also, due to COVID we was not worry one bit about her home not being clean because it was sparkling clean! Thank you Jessica for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful townhouse
The property is even nicer than the pictures show. Super clean and new, and nicely decorated and furnished, with everything you need for a short or even longer (in our case a few weeks) stay. The rooftop hot tub is a big highlight. The only caveat is that the neighborhood is just residential and a bit on the up-and-coming side, so there isn’t much to walk to, but lots of things are a short drive away and it’s nice to DoorDash and eat in at a place that’s so nice. Overall great experience.

Perfect getaway
The home was immaculate. Everything was perfect from the decorations to the hot tub. The host was a pleasure to speak to and was available for any questions or concerns. Very cozy home. We will absolutely stay again next time we visit.

Perfect spot
We moved to this location after a bad experience at another rental which was not up to our standards. Jessica was beyond accommodating and so easy to work with. The location was perfect for us as it was extremely close to our family that we had come to visit. There home is beautiful and well appointed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This place over delivered
Overall Jessica's property is one of the nicest, best decorated places I have ever stayed. The booking & check in process was fantastic & Jessica is very responsive as a host. The space itself is one of a kind. The thought & time that it took to decorate this place is instantly recognizable. My group had a wonderful stay. We are having some slight issues with getting our cleaning fee back but im confident that that situation will result favorably for both of us. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a high end, cozy, beautiful place to stay in Denver.

Great Town Home for Girls Weekend!
This property checked all the boxes for our girls weekend. The home is very clean with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace! The location was also great, we enjoyed the area very much. Jessica was supremely accommodating and responded quickly to every request! I highly suggest this property for a quiet yet luxurious get away!

Pristine and Modern
Jessica was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We were greeted with mimosas and local artisan goodies. The rooftop patio was our favorite. Convenient to food and shopping. Used Uber Eats and Door Dash for delivery as well. We’ll be back next time we need to meet in Denver.

Beware
An experience which left a nasty taste. The owner claimed we damaged the silver rim on four glasses, and a latte cup was missing. She states that everything is inventoried before and after each guest. We did break one plain white plate, which did not show up on her exit inventory. Which would suggest that the inventories are less than accurate. We did not inform her of this breakage immediately, which is one of her rules. That is true, I had forgotten about it. It was not Limoges! She will charge you for any breakage plus a ridiculous amount to go and purchase replacements on the day you leave. One would think minor breakages happen occasionally and that she might keep a supply of replacements for common items. We broke one plate and had most of our damage deposit withheld. So if you chose to rent this property be aware of her rules and perhaps take pictures of everything.

Great stay!
We had an awesome experience renting this property. The house was immaculate and very well appointed. Jessica was a great host as she was proactive and very responsive to all needs that we have. She went out of her way to address any concern or respond to any request. We almost immediately felt comfortable and at home. The house is a short drive to just about everything we needed and easy access to the highway. The need to find parking on the street each day was not ideal, but manageable. One thing that would have made this an exceptional stay is a little more storage space for our clothing, but other than that it was wonderful. I would recommend this home, and in particular Jessica, to family and friends in a heartbeat.

Craig, it was so lovely to host you and your family! I took your advice and completely overhauled the master closets and even created additional storage for guest's clothing and cubbies for shoes, purses and goodies at the entryway. So, next time you come visit, you will be all set! Additionally, I want you to know that I ended up releasing the crew that turned over when your wife found rings in the tub. I assure you, your next stay will be much more luxurious and appointed based on your amazing advice and insight.

Great experience!
We had a great experience renting this property. The home owner is very responsive and accommodating. The home is beautiful and has great features to enjoy. The hot tub was especially nice to have. The location of the property was convenient to downtown and the attractions we wanted to see. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Denver! We plan on returning to this property in the future.

Very roomy and well stocked home
Jessica was a pleasure to work with and very friendly. Her home has high end finishes that will make you immediately feel comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and jacuzzi was the perfect way to end our day during our lacrosse tournament at nearby Dick’s Sport Park. There are plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. This rental is one of the most homey feeling, she has everything. I am not a huge tv fanatic but she has plenty of options for streaming. My husbands only complaint was the lack of cable to watch live tv so be aware you may need to purchase some shows if they aren’t included in their free streaming.

Lovely home
Can't say enough about this lovely townhome and a gracious host as well. Great location for us, well appointed kitchen and the three bedrooms worked out great. Her coffee and tea bar was adorable!

Exceptional property
The townhouse was beautiful, very clean, with lots of amenities. Jessica was a very gracious hostess and saw to our comfort. The building was very quiet, with very comfortable beds. The location made it very easy to get to restaurants and was close to lots of activities. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying there!!
