Boa localização
A área externa do hotel é bonita e conservada. A grama é cortadinha. A piscina é bem funda e gostosa durante o verão. É bem localizado, próximo aos pontos turísticos. Achei a pressão da ducha do chuveiro muito fraca. É meio caro pelo que oferecem, mas é o único hotel na região.

I arrived just after 9pm. The lady on reception was pleasant enough but was told I had just missed anywhere to grab any food or drink as everywhere on site closes at 9pm! I had been travelling for 19hrs and had I been made aware of this I would of at least tried to stop off somewhere and pick some provisions up, especially as I had contacted the hotel to inform them that I would be arriving late! The lady on reception said that there was only a vending machine. As I was tired from the long journey I did not make a fuss. I was given a room (911)in block 900 and when I entered the block my heart sank. The smell in the corridor is really overpowering, the room was old and definitely see better days. It was clean however. The vending machine in the corridor was out of order and a sign saying to use the machine in block 700. However when I went over the only thing that was available was Diet Coke everything else was empty. I was staying for 2 nights and things did not get much better. The staff were hit and miss as to whether they were pleasant or not The breakfast buffet is not worth the $23 price tag The general store was pretty pricey but given that it is the only non restaurant convenience store for miles around it did not surprise me. Overall I wanted to like this place but honestly I have come away pretty disappointed. There does not appear to be any happy vibes coming from the staff which is a shame as that would go a long way to put a positive spin on the stay

Internet did not work except for texting. TV signal worked briefly then not at all. Still off the next morning. AC was fine but noisy. Water pressure in shower was very low. No cell signal in room. Multiple people warned about food in the restaurant at the Ranch so we went to the more upscale Inn where the food was great! Next time I’ll pay extra and stay at the Inn. Difference in facility is quite remarkable.

There are not many options to stay in the park at Death Valley. Therefore the cost may seem high but it’s understandable given the remote location. For that reason I think this was a good value. The resort had some amenities that we did not take time to use. The pool and playgrounds in particular looked fun. For us it was worth the cost to be close to everything. Death Valley was amazing.

I was a bit surprised but then not with the amount of people that come and go from each room. However, our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, the toilet seat was loose and moved every time you sat on it. One bed had a comforter the other didn’t. We had a great time exploring the area though and the food was great at each of the restaurants. Staff was exceptional and super friendly/helpful.

There was so little parking. There was so many sections with cones up, you couldn't park anywhere! Maybe someone that can give a shuttle ride when your in the last building? Your staff was incredibly efficient and welcoming. I will say, the beds were so comfortable, thank you for that!

Great place nice room. Unfortunately understaffed and buffet was awful. Few staff do their best but the cooks do not. Restaurant was closed where we had made reservations for dinner. Enjoyed are stay in spite of conditions. Totally the fault of management.

We were unaware that reservations are required at some of the restaurants (even a month in advance), as there are few options on site. It is difficult to get a table at the Saloon, and a long wait in any case. The Tavern is only open on weekends, but it is a great venue (with a limited menu). The buffets don’t require reservations, but that is too much food for us. There was no microwave in our room, so we had no way to heat up food. Some things are available at the General Store. A snack bar would be helpful for breakfast foods, salads, and sandwiches.

Property was set in a natural setting and was convenient to general store and restaurants. Room was passable . Had problem with TV. Remote , when pressed was intermittent ant TV had to be turned in and off to effect changing channels or making columns work!

Great location and amenities. The pool was wonderful after being in the scorching heat. Only complaint was no microwave in the cottages, I had to walk to the general store to heat up my sons food.

All I can say is for dinner you better have a reservation because they turn you away at dinner, and you have to go get a sandwich. Things could have been better meal wise meal wise. Maybe add another restaurant.

Cottages were so cute. Loved sitting on the porch after a long day of hiking. Not super luxurious, but very comfortable, clean, and spacious.

Liked location but there are not many choices near the DV highlights. First time visiting and staying at the Ranch. Our room was a tad shabby, especially the bathroom. Just a little worn out. Shower was pretty run down. Went horseback riding which was great and super convenient on the resort property.

All the buildings were all over the place, the main door on our building was broken from people trying to wrench it open, staff were not the friendliest when we asked for help getting into our building.

Pros: A peaceful place to stay, within the park, very lush and well maintained, with shops, restaurants and stores. The food was expensive with average quality at the restaurant. The general store had everything you might need, but very pricy. Cons: Room was not cleaned. The coffee mugs were inverted, but they were dirty with dried coffee and food stuck to them. They were not washed after the previous guest. Dust everywhere in the room and pieces of small trash on the floor and under the table and chair; suggested the floor was not vacuumed. There was no room service on our second day and we ran out of coffee and tea bags. Called the front desk and asked for coffee which never arrived! Overall we had a pleasant stay here. I hope the management take care of the cleaning shortcomings.

It was fascinating , The Ranch at Death Valley had everything that the whole family can enjoy: Swimming pool, Playground for Kids, Tennis Court, Basketball hoops, food options, Good old Ice cream Parlor, General store etc. The rock formations are amazing, The Grand Canyon without the Water.

Pros Death Valley is amazing and it’s such a privilege to stay in the heart of it. The wild rose tavern was a real treat, reasonable prices, lovely staff, games for the kids. The pool is really warm and open until 11pm. Cons Sadly the whole ranch just doesn’t feel cared for. I don’t think our room had been vacuumed and there were hairs in the bath plug hole. No daily housekeeping during your stay. Indoor common areas also didn’t look that clean. The buffet lunch was pretty awful (although to be fair my kids liked it!). Some staff were lovely but many looked pretty fed up. 30mins queue to check in as there was only one (very fed up looking) employee checking everyone in. I felt very sorry for her. Rooms have virtually no sound proofing at all so sounds of other guests coming from every angle. Im glad we stayed in Death Valley and my kids had fun and enjoyed the pool. Just wish they took better care of what could be an amazing place.

Very very outdated , expensive pricing , not well maintained , mattress quality very poor, only thing upkept is the check in office and the landscape in front and surrounding the check in office building . The rooms tje pool the basket ball court landscape very poor condition the rooms and the roads leading to the rooms are literally ugly!
