The room was good. Housekeeping could have been better. There was sand buildup in the corners in the bathroom. Would have been nice to know the pool and beach access were still tore up and not usable from the hurricane last year when we made the reservation. With that in mind it was over priced as such.

They pool and beach aceess is gone we also paid for a balcony with a view and its just a walk way and everyone has the same view. Had to pay 20 a night for parking. Infested with roaches

This was the second property I booked as the first one emailed me after booking stating their pool and beach access were closed. Who wants to go to the beach with no pool or beach access. Not me. So I rebooked at another hotel where the website clearly states pool (with beautiful photos) and beach access. I booked and never heard otherwise from them. Get there to find out pool and beach access are closed. This is false advertising. I spent the weekend sitting inside a hotel room.

Wont go back
When we arrived, we were notified that the beach and pool were not accessible due to the hurricane last fall. I understand that, but I wish I had known that upon making the reservation. The rooms were fairly clean, but the entire place is very out dated. I believe there are people living there. The girl that checked me in was not pleasant. She wasnt mean, she just wasnt pleasant or helpful. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs.

Worst Stay!
We have stayed at this hotel every year since 2020. This year was the worst experience we've had. Friday night they allowed a large group of people to have a party in the parking lot. Around 3am they finally went to bed. Saturday around 5 the party picked up again. The music was so loud we couldn't hear anything but bass in our 3rd floor room. They also had a large group of people on the 3rd floor drinking and acting crazy. I complained to the front desk and they said they werent going to do anything about it. If I wanted something done I had to call the police myself. I told her we are also paying customers and would like to be able to at least hear the tv, she said are you aware the owners are selling the property? Ah! That's all I needed to know. Thats why they didn't care. The rooms were dirty. Stained towels (we always bring our own anyway) and lack of hurricane repairs. You can see the water damaged areas they just painted over. It's not advertised, but the pool is gone. It's laying on the beach. There is no beach access from the hotel either.

So, the pool is non-existent. It was wiped off the map by Hurricane Ian yet this was noted NO WHERE... and I literally booked the place for the ocean front pool. There was no beach access so paying for a beach front hotel was pointless. We had to drive down the road to get on the beach. This is actually a motel which is fine but it appears to be used as long term rentals with a few short stay guests. The toilet didn't flush from the moment we checked in so the front desk guy had to come plunge. It started backing up again that night and i had to call the next day for maintenance to come and re-plunge the toilet. The kitchenette had shot glasses in the cabinet that said "white girl wasted" on one and "F*@k you for that thing you once did" . All of it was so trashy that it was laughable. This is not the most expensive place on the strip but it was also not a $69/night place. The only reason that I didn't give the worst rating is because the front desk kid and maintenance guy were polite. Honestly, this area of Daytona really had nothing to offer so having a dive hotel with ZERO amenities resulted in a fail of a weekend.

The sheets had blood on them, drug paraphernalia left in end table, mold all over shower curtain, sink in bathroom would not drain, rust all over side of refrigerator, dog barked all night next door to us.

It was mine and my wifes anniversay/bday weekend we checked in a/c was not working employee looked at it and agreed it wasnt working didnt get replaced till next morning then was leaking into our room also speakers were blown in tv had to be replaced as well and the beds were hard as a rock would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor was most def not worth the $300 i spent...

Very nice
We arrived Thursday, it's not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but it was clean. We did have a little visitor (roach) but overall the place was fine. I do give 5 stars to the young man at the front desk, he was very helpful and super nice. He desires a raise.

The staff was wonderful but the property is old outdated. There were dogs staying at the property that barked continuously. Other guests were sitting around drinking in the parking lot.

The pool is completely destroyed from past hurricanes . No beach acces either . We werent disclosed this until after we checked in . Ants were horrible in the kitchen .

Staff were friendly. The hotel is right on the beach,except pool was destroyed by hurricane. Had to get our own towels and kleenex and empty our own garbage everyday. Were short staffs and priority were the rooms that were vacated everyday.

Thanks for staying at our property. This is not overnight fix and the state is not giving permit on time so as a owner we cannot do anything without the permit.

The Desk Staff were friendly and Efficient. Due to Hurricanes Ian , damage remains with pool. Access was hindered to beach as the Stairway was also damaged.

Bed linen and towels were dingy, dirty and of very low quality. For the high price of the room you would expect better quality.

Dirty, they don't have handicap rooms,at least that what the rude person at the desk told me. When reservations were made I requested a handicap shower and then I had to cancel and rebook because of scheduling changes, and it was Left out if they told me in the beginning that they didn't have any it would have saved me a lot of grief.also it was not conveyed to me that the pool was out and the access to the beach was out, I could have moved on. This place offer's nothing and hotel's.com should drop them from their list.

Get here, our electrical outlets or lights do not work, cords are a fire hazard. Spoke to front desk that same day, no one came to look at it or accomodate us. Pool and beach area closed, no notification of this when booked or called the hotel personally before getting here. Piece of crap hotel!

Nowhere in there ad did it say there was no pool or access to the beach. Ehen you pay for a “beach front “ “hotel” there should be a pool and beach access . This place is a motel ! No restaurant , bar, the pool and access to the beach were destroyed by the hurricane , so put that in your advertisement!!

Great location with beach access a couple doors down from the hotel. TV stopped working on the last day of the trip and there was no deadbolt lock on the door so my three year old daughter was able to open the door and just walk out into the parking lot...had to push the table in front of the door for the whole trip.

First off the staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. However, firstly, the listing said nothing about this being one of the hotels that were damaged in the recent hurricanes. Therefore we were surprised when informed while checking in that the beach access and pool were nonexistent. Disappointing as this was one of the reasons we chose this location. The room itself was "ok". Luckily, we were only in it for sleep purposes. If not for the customer service of the staff, I would have taken the loss on the price of the room and found different lodging.

Musty smell
The room smells like rotten egg inside, and the toilet bowl was not clean. It has yellowish color. I think the priced too much for the quality of the room.
