Experiência a repetir neste resort top *****

Tudo o que se consiga escrever é pouco para transmitir o que foi vivido nestes sete dias de sonho. Higiene nas instalações são uma constante. A qualidade dos matérias de construção e design são relevantes. A alimentação e as bebidas oferecidas no tudo incluído são do melhor (restaurantes no tudo incluído à lá carte são premium). A localização do hotel é mesmo em frente à praia. O conforto e o sossego no Only adults é de repetir.

Excelente, mas fuja do café da manhã com a equipe

Das 11 noites planejadas, acabamos ficando apenas 3, devido a uma morte na família. Contudo, estávamos adorando as acomodações do hotel e seus restaurantes, tudo novinho, além do satff muito simpático de forma geral. O único problema foi a roubada do "café da manhã" que nos consumiu durante 3 horas tentando empurrar a todo custo a venda da associação. O gerente de vendas, um americano extremamente grosseiro passou de todos os limites, foi necessário sermos muitos categóricos para poder conseguir sair dali, fuja deste compromisso.

There are 5-6 restaurants, and not one has good food. The families we talked to all said the same thing and that they made a mistake staying here. The service is so terrible as well. You get room service included in your stay and it took OVER 2 hours, and when the food arrived it was soggy, and freezing cold. I asked for a hair dryer and it took an hour and a half to arrive. There is nothing to do by 9 PM, and you are not near the Cancun downtown area. We left after 3 nights and finished our week elsewhere. Nothing is close enough to walk to. Walk a mile to eat, and play tennis which was the inky good thing about this place. Takes forever to wait for the included golf carts they will drive you around in as well. When we left they tried to charge us for a night we weren’t going to stay...took two hours to get a refund for the nights we wanted to leave early from because everything all around was terrible.

Honestly, would not recommend. We experienced discrimination, and when this was brought up with management at the resort, nothing was done. Anti-LGBT sentiment? Rampant. Anti-Asian, also rampant. With Covid-19, there were comments from staff about Europeans. Talked with other guests who are very unhappy. There’s a severe difference from those who have a nice swim up or loft and those who do no have one or have one with a poor view. Strongly consider another resort with more consistent experiences. DO NOT come here expecting luxury. While we were there it was about 60% capacity. Any busier and I couldn’t imagine the staff and restaurant could handle. Waiting for drinks, food, intra-resort transit was already a struggle, but maybe it wasn’t for non-gay white people who spoke perfect English. The non-TRS is a mess. I’ve been to 3-star resorts that know what ginger beer is. It’s an issue here. In some ways quality is so high, but there are so many places it’s lacking and the discrimination is just unacceptable.

Pluses - room was spacious (loft suite), good choices for dinner (Thai and Mexican restaurant are great), like the breakfast options to order off menu, great idea with on going transportation due to distance between room and activity area, pool very nice and relaxing atmosphere Needs attention - seemed like resort was short staffed in many areas daily (pool and Helios for lunch); you had to wait a long time for someone to check if you need anything and then it would take forever to get what you asked for OR even forgotten, need more options for lunch off of menu; Buffet is not ideal, loft suite ceiling had area falling off and housekeeper did not seem to notice stuff left on the floor, location is far from external restaurants, malls, etc and taxi service is expensive (around 80 dollars for round trip to closest mall complex).

Positives: Loved the loft suite. Loved all of the most current technology. All of the people working there were soooooo nice. If there was anything that needed taken care of it was taken care of immediately. Having a butler was great. All of the food was very good except for the food served at Chic....I couldn't eat any of it except for the soup they served. The show on the other hand was great. Super relaxing. No kids. Other: It's far out and there is nothing else out there. We took a cab down to the hotel zone.....$40 each way. There may be cheaper way, idk, didn't check. Some communications issues because we am limited to English but not too bad.
