Aubrianna at the desk was delightful and efficient checking us in. Our room was clean and the hotel was quiet, but also convenient to dining and shopping. The breakfast was the best we’ve seen that is included with the stay. I only gave 4 stars because another guest repeatedly cooked or ordered in seafood that stunk up the hallway in the evening and again the next day.

My daughter's 16th birthday bash was amazing! Everything was super clean and the free breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options. It's a bummer that there wasn't a hot tub, and the other kids in the pool were really rude. But apart from that, it was a great experience overall! 🎉🎂

Car thief haven!
The hotel was very nice and clean. However, our car glass was shattered and broken into. We also learned that three cars were broken into the night before. The hotel has no security cameras outside. We will never stay here again.

Do NOT stay here… the hotel is nice BUT our car got broke into the first night here hotel staff not super helpful.. second night TEN cars also got passenger window busted out and robbed.. not even joking that number… so either stay somewhere else or have a nice hotel and just take your valuables and clean your car out and just keep your car unlocked and save the hassle of having to replace a window!!

Clean Comfortable place to stay
The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The staff that was there was very proffesional. I was worried because I called the night before and the male who answered the phone wasn't. His replies were yea not yes, no follow up question and honestly I felt I may have awoken him or he didnt understand what I was saying. old rooms
the lobby was fine..our room however was not . giant hole in the sleeper sofa cushions....flat and worn sleeper sofa matteress..no sheets or pillows or blanket provided in room for sleeper sofa . had to go down to desk where they handed us a plastic bag with sheets in it for the sofa...range hood full of grease and mirror in room all streaky and foggy...the 2 bed mattresses were not made up neatly but all crookedly made up and old covers...would not go back

Time to update
We arrived before 3:00 so probably our fault but sat in lobby 10 min. waiting to check in. There was no one around. Finally we called the hotel # and front desk came running. There should be some sort of notification that someone came in the front door. Anyone off the street could have come in and no one would know. The lobby smelled and looked clean, but on the 3rd floor there was a dank, sweaty smell in the hall and in our room. The room was a king suite so it was very spacious and had a full kitchen. The basics were clean but the carpets and drapes smelled musty. Carpet should be replaced with luxury wood look vinyl that can easily be cleaned. The metal bed frame was sticking out about 3 " from under the bed and could have cut our legs. I had to lift the mattress and box springs to move it in. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better above the floor tiles. The ledge had considerable dirt accumulated on it, esp. behind the door. Other than that, nice hotel with pool and beautiful outdoor area.
