I really enjoyed the rustic but elegant charm of this hotel. It is “old school” property dated. It reminded me of Aspen back in the 90’s when I was a child. However this aesthetic leaves it one of a kind and allows you to really immerse yourself in the world environment. The fitness center was amazing and the outdoor pool was heated and very enjoyable despite temps in the 50’s. I do not support Starbucks, but they have a Starbucks on property which was nice for smoothies. The staff was not the most memorable nor friendly . No one really said hi or asked if we needed anything while partaking in activities around the hotel. But, as a woman of color and with little kids, I did not feel like I was the priority , which is sad since a week there is still a week. Overall, it was great. Customer service could be better. Property was classic and our room view was amazing. ❤️
