Bem localizado, acomodações simples

O quarto era bem simples e o banheiro discordante com o hotel. A porta do box não fecha e molha todo o chão do banheiro. Mas as pessoas que trabalham são muito gentis, boa localização e vale pela música.

We assure you we have staff scheduled daily to perform routine maintenance throughout the hotel and to make sure we are not overlooking any areas that need our attention. On a lighter note we are so lucky to be based at Marble Arch in this breath-taking building which is so rich in musical history! It really is a safe haven for all music lovers. Hotel grande com falta de equipe ou mal qualificada para atender a alta ocupação. Serviço ruim e sem foco no cliente.

Deixa a desejar em todos os aspectos, salvo pelo atendimento na recepção sempre muito gentil, mas sem informações como o fato de que acionam o alarme de incêndio a qualquer hora do dia, se o hóspede sai do quarto às pressas não encontra ninguém no andar e só na recepção informam q foi só teste, ocorre que, em outras vezes, o hospede deve evacuar o prédio e ninguém avisa nos andares

Hotel espetacular. Muito bem localizado com possibilidade de diversos passeios a pé. Decoração Hard Rock fantástica. Hotel todo novo, instalações agradáveis e tudo muito aconchegante. Café da manhã impecável com diversas opções e atendentes (garçons) extremamente preparados para atender aos hospedes.

A lovely little tranquil haven with the most fantastic views in the Capital, but only a few minutes walk away from the numerous attractions and events London has to offer. Hotel renovado

Hotel renovado e quartos confortáveis, atendimento bom na recepção e pelos funcionários da porta (para o de padrão cidades grandes). Tivemos dois problemas de box e vaso entupido que foi prontamente resolvido. Café da manhã bom, com opções de frutas, pães, ovos e omelete. Mas com atendimento dos garçons bem fraco, não retiravam os pratos da mesa e demoravam para atender caso você desejasse algo da cozinha (omeletes/panquecas/waffles) Mas no geral pelo preço que paguei e o valor dos outros hotéis em Londres da mesma categoria (4 estrelas) foi um bom custo beneficio. Parem estar atentos às críticas negativas recebidas e estão tentando melhorar o serviço. Tinha sobrando toalhas e produtos no banheiro por exemplo, críticas que havia visto. Não tivemos problemas também de limpeza no quarto. Por fim achei o hotel muito bem localizado se quiser ficar perto da Oxford street.

We stayed here a few years ago and thought it would be nice to come back again. We shouldn’t have. The location is great and all the staff at reception were lovely. Our room was a massive let down. We’d paid for a deluxe room with a park view- there was nothing delux about it and the view of the park was obstructed by a concrete block outside. The carpet had brown marks all over it and one of the mugs with the kettle was dirty- not marks from tea, it was actually dirty- it had already been used and had dried tea or coffee inside it. Go to the bar downstairs for the entertainment and great staff and stay elsewhere
