The Staff members service was excellent, very polite and professional.The breakfast at the restaurant was very good as well!. The buffet had a wide variety.

Chingola's main hotel

Vantagens: Food at the restaurant was excellent
Desvantagens: Room rates on high side
Localização: Chimfunshi Chimpanzee Sanctuary about an hour's drive away is worth visiting.
Had to suggest to staff that they put us a family of four in adjacent rooms and use the door way between the two to make it a family room, I would have expected them to work this out ahead of time without me having to tell them. Otherwise the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Short stay

Vantagens: The pool area and bar area were relaxing the terrace food area for lunch was also relaxing the room and especially the shower was most enjoyable
Desvantagens: No improvement required
Localização: Shopping and sight seeing
We had a short stay 2 nights and found the facilities excellent the staff were most friendly and helpful the food was also excellent
