Beautiful, completely renovated, third-floor beachfront condo, with all modern amenities. The stylish contemporary design of the interior decor is warm and inviting. The living room takes advantage of the natural light with gorgeous views of the ocean from the living room and kitchen.

A new, fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up your favorite gourmet meals on the flat top cooktop. The modern appliances are stainless steel, and the countertops are solid stone.

Both bedrooms offer a cozy, sophisticated decor with a warm beach theme and soft earth tone colors.

The master bedroom features a king bed with two bedside tables and lamps. A stylish wooden bench sits at the foot of the bed.

The second bedroom features a queen bed with matching bedside tables with lamps and a flat-screen TV.

The modern bathroom features updated sinks, cabinets, and a walk-in shower with tile and glass.

The balcony off of the living room has two cozy sectional sofas and views that look right out over the beach. You'll enjoy the mild Pacific breeze and watching the sunsets while you enjoy your favorite local Santa Barbara wine or your favorite beverage.

*Winter Sand Berm: The construction of the city's winter sand berm is a strategic measure, informed by the annual tidal patterns influenced by celestial alignments. The timing of the berm's erection is determined by the specific positioning of the Earth relative to the sun and the moon, resulting in typical installation periods from early December through early to mid-March. However, these dates are subject to variation due to the dynamic nature of lunar and solar cycles rather than arbitrary human decision-making.

For instance, historical data indicates that the berm was dismantled on March 10th, 2021, and on March 2nd in 2020. This year, the construction of the sand berm is scheduled for November 29th, 2023, aligning with the predicted celestial and tidal conditions. These dates exemplify the adaptation to the annual celestial shifts.

Beyond its functional purpose, the sand berm offers unique recreational opportunities. Visitors can traverse its height to enjoy an enhanced perspective of the surroundings or utilize it as an elevated seating area by placing beach chairs atop it.

Right on the Beach

Very nice trip and vacation. Right on the beach and enjoyed the location. Tar on the beach was a nuisance and could have been warned about before booking. I think if you stay out of the surf it would not have been an issue. that was my only negative. We really enjoyed the trip and rental. Just what we were looking for.

Cute comfortable place to stay. Loved the balcony. We saw dolphins everyday. Place was clean and the bathroom was well stocked. Internet went out and took 3 days to fix, but everyone was very nice about it. Definitely recommend to others.

Weā€™ve been staying in Carpinteria for over 20 years and this was by far one of our favorite rentals! Great location and nicely done inside. Although the condo is on the third floor, itā€™s only 1 flight of stairs to the beach. It was super easy to bring beach gear up/down each day. Weā€™ll definitely be staying here again!

Great oceanfront location and views. Small but functional like a coastal cottage but in a condo buildung. Updated kitchen and bath. Nice newish refrigerator and range. Negatives: non-functioning elevator, no temp numbers on thermostats of 50s-60s style electric wall heaters (have to set temp by trial and error), overly-complicated light switches in bedrooms that don't light up the on/off button, under-powered (700 watt) cheap little microwave. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay; we love the location and the view. Berm is seasonal and doesnā€™t affect the view from this unit. Weak water pressure in the shower was the only downer. Overall very good.

Lovely Beach Views

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Condo has a delightful balcony with comfortable furnishings and perfect ocean views. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Easy access to gated parking, and very walkable to stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini get away.

Spent 3 nights at this lovely condo. Great location, top floor and at the very end of the building, away from the street. Well organized parking. Very comfy bed and overall a cozy setup. Bathroom is small, but everything is there. Super view of the water with easy access to the beach.

Beach condo

The condo had beautiful views of the ocean and was next to a trail for walking. I loved to open the slider and listen to the waves. It was clean and bed was comfortable. However, the main bedroom could use better shades/curtains because the window is on the balcony where everyone comes in and is very bright from outside lights. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The drip coffee pot was gross and there were no pods for the keurig left. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
