Nice clean hotel staff was amazing Food at the restaurant was amazing.. Really helped my nephew with his allergies The only problem I found was rooms were being cleaned at 3-6pm a bit late for me .. I also needed a gown which I could have ordered but released on the last day But it was an amazing stay .. i can’t moan

Excellant stay at the Acacia hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous . Most of the things are near by to hotel like candolim beach, market for shopping, car/bike rentals etc. Hotel is conveniently located in candolim. Hotel's restaurant food is tasty but little bit higher on the price side. Breakfast buffet served had a lot of varieties to chose from and at the same time tasty and joyful. The dining area is at the 4th floor with a nice view of the city.. Over all we had a joyful stay as a family traveler and would definitely revist and recommend it.

Ok med god følelse av trygghet.
Sentral og grei beliggenhet. Det er rent og pent. Men bærer sterkt preg, untatt i resepsjon og delvis restaurant, av forsømt vedlikehold. Det ser slitt og ignorert ut, det er synd fordi det har nok vært bra i begynnelsen. Generelt fungerer hotellet bra som hotell med hyggelig betjening som faktisk spør om du har det bra og trives. Er dessverre veldig usikker på om svaret som blir gitt oppfattes, det virker ikke slik. Underlig at det vannfallet i basseng området som er innendørs egentlig er på og konstruert slik at det durer og bråker i hele rommet som også er fellesareal.. Dette får det ellers som kunne vært et hyggelig oppholdsted for en kaffe ol til å bli et slitsomt støykaos.

Below average hotel and not value for money
Hotel overall was below average. When we reached the room assigned to us was not clean. Missing water, towels and bed was unmade. We had to ask the hotel staff to get our room ready while we forcefully had to go out for dinner while waiting for the room to be ready. Apart from the above the breakfast was again below average and had to wait for long for food to come out for refilling.

スタッフの対応悪い 朝食付きで予約してるにも関わらず、チェックイン時に説明なし。当日朝食会場に行けば朝食はついていない。と言われ部屋まで戻り自分で予約を調べるはまに。朝食付きであることが確認できたと同時にホテルスタッフから電話で朝食付きであると連絡があった。 またwifiの案内もない。スタッフに聞くも対応悪すぎである。部屋にドライヤーがあると案内書には書かれてるが、見当たらずスタッフに連絡することになる。

Very nice and comfortable stay. The breakfast was included and extremely good. Great location near the beach and in the middle of the market so you can walk to several restaurants and shops. Definitely recommended.

We had been to the hotel during April 2019 for 4 days The hotel is not that expensive hence decided to give a try, The check in process went smoothly but the hotel staff for room services don’t reach you within reasonable time let it be for anything The in room dining they offer 20% off but charge 5% service charge for just providing food in room even the prices of food are quite high so the 20% discount is just a marketing gimmick The food is not at all good and quality ones and even their menu choices are very limited, even breakfast in morning the Indian food used to be really bad so we used to have only fruits and juices The hotel does not have its vehicle for any kind of airport or within the city transfers, they suggest to go out and hire a cab or rent a car on your own The spa services were really good so I would give it a point for this The worst part about our stay was that electricity used to go after every 5 mins for some seconds and one day they didnt had electricity for nearly one hr which is disgusting Even cleanliness wise the hotel was really bad, plates used to lie outside many of rooms for entire day and swimming pools were really very dirty I would rather suggest to stay at a good hotel in its vicinity by spending a few bucks extra if you want to have a peaceful and happy stay

Dear Ms Prabhu, Warm greetings from Team Acacia. Since this is the second instance where you have reviewed us on an online platform, I would like to reiterate the already addressed issue. We were never made aware of any issue you were facing whilst you stayed here and thereby it is unfair to nitpick on issues thereafter. The food on offer has more than sufficient variety in regards to Indian food and something which all our guests agree on. In any case, you never brought it up during your stay or even during check-out. The reason why we do suggest hiring a self-driven vehicle is that it is much more economical than us arranging the same vehicle for you. This cannot be held against us. As for service charge you are always free to ask us to remove it from your bill if you see it as a burden. We would never force it on anybody. We do however apologise in regards to untimely clearance which is something we have taken up with the concerned departments. We hope that you would give us a fair chance in the future. I'd not recommend this hotel
The hotel isn't bad in general. Location is perfect if you're looking for restos and shops nearby. However, there are some things that left us unsatisfied. Be prepared that rooms aren't soundproofed: ours was on the 2nd floor, so we heard everything both on the lively street outside, and in the hall (especially when breakfast started). Breakfast was pretty poor: no veggies, pancakes, yogurts and even black coffee (only a pot w/already milky coffee). But the worst thing, food run out very quickly, and the staff didn't rush to fill it up. They forgot about napkins, and some cutleries, so we always had to ask for either food or servings. The hotel doesn't have taxi service, so a receptionist advised us to ask drivers nearby the hotel and negotiate with them, pretending he didn't know price/km. Of course those taxis were twice more expensive, and they refused to drive us to the South for less than 1,9K Rs. We found a taxi near another hotel... for 1K Rs. I'd not recommend to book this hotel for New Year, otherwise you have to attend their party. We weren't attentive enough to notice that we'd be asked to pay for NY dinner additional 8K per person upon arrival. When we told receptionist that we didn't want to attend, he said he couldn't help us with that and we had to pay anyway. FYI 8K Rs, it's A LOT in Goa. Usually you can have a good dinner w/alcohol FOR TWO for 2K Rs! We felt robbed somehow. The Acacia NY dinner didn't worth it at all.

Dear Irina, Let me start by apologising for not having met all your expectations. It is definitely not what we would want, as we do like to hold ourselves to a higher standard. To begin with the Taxis, I would like to reiterate as we did on check-out that we do not have any control over their charges, as they are not part of any hotel but mandated by the authorities that they we allowed a stand with all hotels. We too would like to have the issue under check, but unfortunately till there is governmental intervention we are hamstrung as well. In regards to the soundproofing of the rooms, we have rarely had an complaint but we do understand your frustration for having faced it at all. As for the food we have taken serious note of the issue you have brought forward and can assure you that we will make sure that such issues do not prop up and will find ways to work on efficiency. As for the New Years, the supplemental charge was for all guests and as such is a practice across all hotels, and the dinner with it is a courtesy being the day. We are sorry to hear that you feel that it was exorbitant, but a comparison with a restaurant outside is certainly unfair. We do hope the one instance does not keep you from booking with us again. Great hotel, but the taxi guys outside are con artists. Considering the hotel recommended them I wouldn’t expect it. Prebook and prepay any airport taxi. Also goa has rolling blackouts but seems to be everywhere.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Location is fabulous if you’re interested in the sights and sorroundings of Candolim. Supermarket is 6 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the corner. They also have a restaurant and bar on rooftop which is quite nice. All in all a great stay.

Comfortable Hotel well situated for the beach
The Acacia Hotel & Spa is a well appointed and managed hotel which is very conveniently situated access to the beach as well as close to the town's night-life and restaurants being on the main Aguada Road. We found the staff very courteous and helpful. The rooms are a good size and well furnished with a range of conveniences in the room including a fridge, safe , cable TV etc. The breakfast menu is generous and caters to both Indian and European tastes.

Hotellet havde følgende mangler: 1) Enormt dårlig netværk, der ikke rækkede op på værelset 2) enormt dårlig morgenbuffet - både kvalitet og udvalg 3) dårlig service; transport til/fra lufthavn er dyr ift normal taxi, og på telefonen før min ankomst fortalte de, at de ikke havde lufthavnsservice, selvom de rent faktisk havde det 4) kunne dårligt hjælpe med noget som helst - selv ikke tips til hvor man skulle gå hen og opleve det bedste af Goa Derudover husk altid at medbringe kontanter - det er kun hotellerne som typisk tager imod kreditkortbetaling.

The overall experience with the hotel is good. I do not want to rate them negative. However this trip was important for me as I planned a Babymoon (pre-baby R+R) for my wife (expecting) and I did inform well in advance while making the reservation. All I wanted is to make it a comfortable trip and stay. Challenges faced - While asking for directions, I was misguided (took me 30 mins extra to drive on bad roads) - Air Con in the room stopped functioning at mid night and discomfort. I did not inform the staff that time as we figured a workaround to off and switch it on again. I am sure they would have done something to fix it if informed but at midnight I did not want my wife to stretch and stay awake in discomfort - Hotel Wi-Fi (complimentary) never worked for us in 3 days stay

Great vacation in Goa, India
Very good rooms with plenty of space. The hotel is new and so are the facilitates available. The rooms were very clean. The service qualities were better than usual. The service was quite pleasant and prompt. The hotel amenities were alright. The location was okay but was the best thing that the management could do. Yet, they have done a good job.

The hotel was clean. But everything inside were wet. Because of the weather. The building of the hotel is not so good for family vacations. It is very noisy. The rooms are exactly in front of the pool. Managers of the hotel are very kind and trying to help. 10 meters from the hotel is bus station. So you will easy reach any round area.

The hotel deducted extra amount and not returning
The hotel deducted extra amount by doing twice swipe of my credit card. I am still following up with them to get my money back however they are not at all interested in looking into the matter. It was their mistake but nobody is taking accountability from their side. I will never refer this hotel to anybody. Also though they claim the hotel as 4 stars but it is not even worth of 2 stars. The ambiance, service and rooms are so pathetic. Food quality is also not good. Their SPA is not more than a simple body massage. They dont even know what is SPA. my overall experience was worst with this hotel and they spoiled our holiday.

I was very disappointed first day when I went for check in with my confirmed booking they were over booked and had no rooms to give me had to wait for 3-4 hours till things were sorted.

Modern comfortable hotel
Acacia hotel situated on busy main road. Good central position close to many shops and restaurants, 300 yards from the beach. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet.

Very clean and modern hotel - 500 m of the beach
We found the hotel room and general decor to be pleasant, modern and clean. The staff were all very helpful and when we needed things fixed in our room - ie the cable TV plug wasn't working, it was fixed immediately. Breathtaking views from the top deck. A short walk to Condolim beach which was less crowded and less polluted compared to Calangute and Baga. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Good hotel close to the beach and restaurants.
Very good experience which was made special by the hotel staff. We arrived early at the hotel and were allowed to checked-in without having to wait until 2pm.
