Reservations held with a single card but hotel was notified individual people would use their own cards to pay for their rooms. Hotel agreed that was possible. All rooms for the group were charged to that single card not individual credit cards. Front desk acknowledged the mistake. One desk clerk was happy to help. One seemed like it troubled her to rectify the issue. She must've been the one to make the mistake. Parking is minimal underground. Rooms are average, rugs must not be vacuumed often, they are also stained. Spider found in my bathroom, 7 floors up. Restaurant has very slow service, even when they are not busy. Some nights are buffet style, however I saw the same items at lunch set out at dinner. Not sure how the restaurant serves lunch for a conference and then charges for the same food served 6 hours later for buffet. Double charging to serve leftovers. Sasha at the front desk was amazing. Always had a smile and was willing to help. She deserves a promotion
