Great stay

Great apartment that met all our family needs. Spacious and well laid out. Lovely views of the river and the pool and bbq areas were clean and very well equipped

The pool was fantastic for the kids. Didn't like the fact it was all stairs - no lift up three flights of stairs. The BIG LETDOWN was the fact we booked and paid for 5 people and we had a room with a double bed and 2 singles. We asked about this and there was no help, no reason, no money back or any fix offered. I was pretty appalled at this as one of us had to sleep on a couch and we paid extra for a 5th person too!!
Also the fact you have to pay an additional $15 per day for parking is a bit rich. But as I said the pool area was a real winner with the kids.

Hi, Yes not all the building have a lift. Yes there is a charge for carparking as in most hotel. Agree the pool is fantastic .Hope you enjoyed your stay.The Bridgewater Team.

Good size apartment looking at the river.
Close to ferries.
Well equipped.

Location and front garden patio with water access was stunning.
Apartment size was great.
Pool and spa area tip top.
Undercover parking was easy.
Called in advance for late checkin. However, upon arrival getting a key was a mission.
Room is a little bit older, so smelt a bit funny.
Just some small things such as, no AC in bedrooms, no toaster, TV remotes missing back to them.

Fantastic view, and a very quiet place, we stay there 4 nights with family, enjoyed this place, and definitely will back again.

Excellent location, property was a bit tired and not very clean, had chewing gum in a made bed!
