Boa relação custo-benefício
Ed, o dono, foi supersimpático ao oferecer um upgrade gratuito, mas como a ideia era ficar mesmo num motorhome, agradeci a gentileza e guardei a boa impressão. Não deixa nada a desejar em relação às grandes redes. O café da manhã poderia melhorar, mas tem um posto próximo que dá pra se virar. Lucas é um doce!

Cute, but cramped.
Cute retro motel recently renovated. Room is a little cramped, but clean. REALLY needs blackout drapes!

A little "old school" vibe and seemed a little weathered, but overall a nice, clean place to stay. Friendly staff and simple but thoughtful amenities, like apple juice and pastries for the morning were well appreciated.

Redwood Motel early Nov
We were very happy with the family room. Plenty of beds and space for our trio, and we used the coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. And they have an ice machine for use, which was an unexpected feature. We'll be back.

Older property, but clean. Room had microwave and fridge. Walls are rather thin - could hear guy snore nextdoor. Avoid getting gas in Bridgeport - it's crazy expensive.

We love this property but it is a basic old time fish camp motel. No frills, amenities in the town are marginal. Motel hosts are great. Be prepared to be self sufficient There is a barbecue but bring bring your own main, sides and condiments. Local market is screamingly expensive and way under gourmet. Bakery in town is very good but closes at 2. Just plan ahead

This is my kind of motel, good service, nice staff. Clean rooms, dog friendly. We let them know we might be late, so they left a note on the door of the office to let us know our room was open, and when we went to our room we had 2 keys, the bill to look over, sign and return to the office. Detailed, clear instructions and a sheet for our dog to lay on. Nice, clean room, one of the most comfortable bds I've slept on in a motel!! Will definitely return. A lot of fishing in this area, suited to the outdoor type. No frills, clean and comfortable.

This motel is very old. It is one of the few places to stay in town. The bathroom is very small. The room was clean.

Crappy bedding and one strange bathroom. The toilet was in a narrow stall so you can barely spread you legs to wipe yourself.

A good buy for the price. An older motel but owners have put in a lot of work to present attractive, clean rooms. As advertised, microwave and fridge and DirecTV in every room. Walls are thin and noise could be a problem; however, most guests seem to be mindful and polite.

We caught a couple trout and used their freezer to store the fish until we left. Also, the ice machine allowed for replenishing cooler ice. The wifi worked well also.

what you would expect for a motel in a small city off the 395. the only problem was that the AC - even though we followed the specific detailed instructions to a T, it was still very finicky and we woke up at least twice to AC not cycling through the cooling phase so it felt like a total swampy mess in the room.

Great little hotel
Simple clean hotel. Rooms are easy to find and parking is easily accessible. The reception was open late and we checked out early and there was a key drop box for early check out.

stayed there before a backpack trip. In line with other Motels in Bridgeport: nothing fancy/new: rooms/bathrooms are fairly old but well kept. Towels very clean and good smelling. Manager courteous. can park right in for of rooms. AC worked well.

Disappointed with the bath area. Mold on the curtain over the window which looked terrible if you lift the curtain. Very tight around the back bed making it difficult to maneuver around it and place luggage on the rack. Two suitcases- only one rack. Coffee maker was not cleaned. I cleaned it. Coffee was terrible. Continental breakfast was poor with the exception of the juices

Sorry for your not so good stay. That was mildew not mold. just an FYI, which we have been cleaing very well. We appreciate your thoughtful and detailed response. Since we are constantly striving to improve the guest experience, we take all comments into consideration and are grateful for your input. We offer a complimentary pastry and juice (basically a snack) to our guests upon check-in but have never advertised that we provide breakfast.
