Location:
Lovely beach cottage sits upon the bluff with one of the best views of Cape Cod. The private beach is just down the stairs . It is large beautiful, clean, safe and quiet for only 3 cottages. 100's of feet of beach just for you. You can walk along the beach in either directions for miles, and at low tide you can walk straight out on the ocean floor and pick up shells. Low tide is the perfect place for young children.
Brewster is a beautiful safe town with great restaurants, golf courses, and even a quaint general store.

The cottage:
The cottage has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed with A/C. There is also a smaller bedroom with a twin sized sturdy bunk bed. Each bedroom has it's own heat and A/C controls. The large living room looks over cape cod bay. There is a full kitchen with granite counters, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Keurig, Mr. Coffee, french door full sized refrigerator. The dining area has with water views. . There is a small bathroom with shower and an also outdoor shower with hot water.
