Fantastic location to hop on the snowflake lift & hit the slopes! Truly ski in/ski out. Rooms, bathrooms, living spaces, amenities were fine. Just to note…there is an outside flight of stairs and another flight of stairs up the front door. Would stay here again for sure!

We had a family trip to Breckenridge, 5 total. The condo was very spacious, everything in working order, and easily accessible. You could walk to the Beaver Run lift (about 8 mins) or even closer, to the Snowflake lift (less than 5 mins). I would stay certainly here again.

Place was very nice. I should’ve looked closer at a map as it was listed as ski in ski out access although the lift was a couple blocks away needing to walk rather than ski. Also had a parking issue with the “owner” underneath us that seemed entitled to our spot although we told them we would be coming in and out with the car so blocking us in the garage wasn’t an option.Other than that the place was as advertised, fireplace was nice, heat worked great, heated garage was awesome for our snow gear and the rental agency was very responsive. Would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well laid out. The ski-in/out part was down a short path across the street. It was a little tricky but really quick and fun. Heated garage was terrific, plus room for one more car when my friend visited. Beds were comfortable and place was warm. We like to stay in and cook. They had pots and pans, but it would be great to have some large serving bowls or platters for a big meal. Overall a terrific place at a great location. Thank you!

We were moved to a different location because the owner decided to use the condo the week we were scheduled to stay. We were bumped to Sundowner II. The primary bed was soft, was worn out, and caved in the middle. WiFi did not work despite contacting management. The whole place felt tired and worn. Moved out mid week and doubled up with other family in another facility

The property management couldn’t have made it easier and they checked in with me to make sure I was settled in. The property was just as described and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, walk to the snowflake lift.

This was a great location for our skiers (close to lift) and non-skiers (close to town). We had plenty of space, and the condo was well furnished with everything we needed. The property managers were easy to communicate with, and very responsive to questions. Would recommend, and would stay here again. Thanks for an easy stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The communication was great, and the property management team was very responsive. We loved the location and ease of accessing the Snowflake lift and town! It is a cozy condo and has all the basics needed to cook meals, relax and enjoy a nice gas fire !

Very Clean, quiet, all needed things were there. Communication on how to get there and how to get in was excellent. Couldn't get into the garage but ended up not needing it. There are 34 stairs to walk up to get into the unit. Was not a problem for me but good to know for others who may find that challenging. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Condo was clean, warm, and fully equipped. Short walk to Peak 9 base area. Close to a free shuttle stop. Glad we read about the stairs in other reviews, but it wasn’t a negative for us. Heated garage was a definite bonus. Only cons were a burner on the stove that didn’t work and couldn’t figure out how to light the fireplace. Overall very happy with our experience!

Would never work with Lauren at Breckenridge Resort Managers again. Once we were up in the unit it was good but, the 35 stairs to get there were a surprise, two of us are 70 and 75. The ice maker was broken so someone had to come to try to fix it. We had no hot water on Sat. the 12th of June, called to report it at 6:30 am and finally got a voice message from Lauren at Breckenridge Resort Managers at 1:49pm that we had hot water.

This was the perfect place for my family of 3. We could walk downtown for shopping, eating and even close to trails to walk. The place was clean and spacious enough for the short stay.

Great location. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Clean. Understand asking us to take out our garbage and run the dishwasher, but did not appreciate being asked to spray and wipe down surfaces before departure considering the $$ we already pay for cleaning.

Great location, clean, I liked that you have garage, washer and dryer inside the condo, the only thing I didn’t like is the sofá cama the mattress is too old and the internet service super slow. I reported the internet but they never did anything about it.

Condo was exactly as advertised; nice furnishings, great balcony/deck with nice views. Enjoyed our stay as we worked most days, but had time to go in to town not far away. Had an issue with the garage door code on arrival, but was fixed promptly the next morning, and everything else was great! Thanks for everything, will definitely recommend!
