The 1st floor Cottage is a charming & peaceful studio cabin that sits apart from the others, overlooking a duck pond. This cottage comfortably accommodates two guests in a cozy queen-sized bed, & features a fully equipped kitchenette for all your basic cooking needs. The wood-burning fireplace provides a warm and inviting ambiance, perfect for snuggling up with a loved one on chilly mountain nights. Best of all, the Cottage is pet-friendly & no stairs. Come escape to this peaceful mountain retreat and experience the serenity of the Blue Ridge Mountains for yourself.



Your cabin comes with just enough of everything to get you started on your mountain vacation. If you need more, you can resupply at one of our local stores.

Towel set for each guest containing 1 bath towels, 1 washcloth, bath mat & a hand towel. We will replenish for stays 4 days or longer. Otherwise we recommend bringing some especially if you are going swimming or rafting.

Bed linens and pillows for all advertised beds—including sleeper sofas and trundles when applicable upon request

Kitchen - basic pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc

Drip coffee maker/bring your coffee of choice with fixins
