It is an official quiet area; it is very quiet. The paths lead through the forest and fields with a view of the rivers Swalm and Maas. There are many forest and dirt roads for lovely walks. With dozens of beautiful cycling routes. Possibility of fishing. A foot ferry to Neer in season. With children's playground, football goals and trampolines. Shops five minutes by car. 3 kilometers from Swalmen station. The Pieterpad is 4 kilometers from here. The A73 is seven minutes by car. The house is located eight kilometers from the largest brand outlet center in Europe: the Designer Outlet McArthurGlenn in Roermond.
