Cheiro ruim no quarto

Fica em Kuta, na praia. Bem localizado para esta região movimentada que é Kuta. O café da manhã era bem fraco. O nosso quarto que ficava na área nova, não cheirava bem. O hotel sabia disto, pois quando estávamos entrando no quarto, um funcionário estava colocando “bom ar” e tinha um difusor ligado com cheiro. O quarto de nossos amigos não tinha difusor. Quando voltamos do nosso passeio, a água do difusor já havia acabado e o cheiro era um horror. Reclamamos e eles tentaram nos mudar para um quarto velho, bem feio. Não quisemos. Depois tentaram outra vez nos mudar, mas os quartos não eram tão modernos e resolvemos ficar ali. Eles colocaram outro difusor no banheiro e ali ficamos, pois o cheiro melhorou. Foram solícitos neste momento.

The advertising photographs are very old. The property itself needs some upkeep, rotted through balustrades upstairs around the terrace bar which are very dangerous, the room was a bit mouldy. You cannot change money at the reception and there is no tour desk.. BUT the breakfast buffet was really good, the food at Papas Cafe was great, Miss Linda at Papas was wonderful, Miss Lisa - Guest Relations Manager was AWESOME and very helpful - ALL staff were wonderful.

口コミどおり、やや設備の年季はありますが清潔感があり、バリ島らしい建物や植物、プールが備わっていて素晴らしいです。スタッフのおもてなしも最高ですし、海や街に近く綺麗な夕陽も見れます。またバリ島に行くならここに泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

Security guards are a bunch of vultures that pounce on people who they don't feel belongs in the hotel. I run into a friend that I met on a scuba trip and wanted to show her my pics from the trip. She is from Thailand and the guards racially and sexually profiled her and refused to let her come to my room. They totally disrespected and humiliated both of. They have a policy of not letting any non-registered guests into guests rooms. I asked if i could register her now. Answer was no you must register everyone at time you check in. They were so insistent and disrespectful that felt i need to check out and move to another hotel. What hotel refuses to allow you to bring a guest to your room? I have never encountered it before. l told them i wouldbe writing a negative review about this and next day they messaged me this exact text: "We are writing to you to strongly advise you to remove your negative comment on our Instagram account immediately. We are about to send your passport details to the Kuta Police Station and Immigration Department to report on foreigner who are behaving badly." So if you want to stay at a hotel that treats guest and particularly Asian women this badly then suit yourself. If you choose to stay be prepared to find hair littered over your room and bathroom, a toilet that doesn't flush, shower taps that are old and corroded which result in burns trying to get them off, random things broken or falling apart, a bathroom with a hole in ceiling allowingrainandothercreaturescomein

Dear Mr Rodney,We appreciate your opinion. However, hotel policies & procedures are implemented in the interest of the guests and for safety & security reasons. This is due to some serious breach of guests' safety in the past due to "visitors" to guests, room especialy at night and mostly women ( related to illicit drugs & prostitution )Therefore, we trust it's within the hotel's right to implement any procedures in the interest of all our guests, even if it's not acceptable by guests.The hotel has stated these conditions clearly in our website & public area of the hotel.We arrived in Australia yesterday & and were subject to one of the most stringent customs / immigration rules that are strictly implemented to protect its citizens.We hope you understand & accept our actions. Otherwise, you have a choice.Thank you.
