After reserving a two night stay, waking up after the first night, the house cook/maid informed us âwe missed breakfastâ and that we were âlate for check outâ, upon which we said we had booked 2 nights. She said you better talk to Shawn (the manager, pretty sure her son). He said he âforgotâ he had some âinspectionâ that day âthey were selling the propertyâ and we had to leave. (He wouldnât charge us)âŠ
As we were packing up, a group from Florida pulled in that he talked to and got to leave while he worked on finding us another place.
He told us about this other place, but did not make reservations, it was a lot more expensive. He also changed his story several times about why we had to leave.
Upon reviewing Yelp, we found he has done this to many other people before in the past!
Very unprofessional business on his part!
Do not list this place in the future!!!
