Very noisy in the day but after 10 it was good. We should have been told it is being used for emergency housing. I few things need to be looked at block out curtains need to be on doors not neats, and some of the plates were dirty. Other than that it was good. Cleaning lady was very nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but was not aware that the motel was used for social housing and was noisy.

Good location, we needed a place to stay while coming up to see P!NK in concert at Eden park as there was no hotels in the city left.
Is quiet an old motel, smells funky, like it needs a deep clean. Neighbours were noisy (partying) if we had come with our kids this would have been a big no no. Was ok since we got in at 11pm. And checked out at 9am.. that was an easy $300 for the motel owners.

I liked it was exactly how it stated in the review the team were nice ,the place looked aas it did in the pictures it was clean the price was reasonable id go there again ,

There was no hot water either in the evening nor first thing in the morning. It was only just above cold.
I went to inform management at reception and was only spoken to over an intercom with no apology or solution offered. Things go wrong sometimes, that accepted, but to fully ignore it when it's brought to your attention is extremely poor

Could do with extra pillows. Otherwise clean and tidy.
