Not Clean. Left Early

The location is the best part of this residence. Very little is put into its upkeep. We were greeted by a wasp nest at the front door. Though we contacted management the first day about it we did not hear back. There is an awful old mildew type of smell throughout the entire house. The upstairs does not cool properly, we had to blast the AC to barely feel cool. The downstairs bathroom is the only one worth using. The upstairs bathroom has a horrible smell, slow sink drain, slow toilet, and did not feel clean enough to use without us cleaning it ourselves first. It feels obvious that the bare minimum is being done to keep this place up. We booked for 6 nights and left the fourth night.

Such a nice cottage

We stayed for a few weeks and loved the cottage and the location. A very nice and quick walk to the square, especially if you take the side roads there. Wayne was so helpful and the backyard space was lovely. Weā€™d definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this private yet very convenient house and neighborhood. The home was well provisioned with comfortable beds and a coffee maker brought over when we requested it! Lovely grounds too. Would definitely stay again

We lived in Marietta for over 24 years. Returned for my daughterā€™s surgery. We still have family in Cobb county! This location was perfect for us! We LOVE the Marietta Square! The Carriage House was perfect for us! Cozy with a very open feeling! Lots of windows and light! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Charming Cottage

The cottage was well stocked. Kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and the washer and dryer were very nice. One suggestion would be - the couch and matching oversized chair in the living room could be updated. They seemed a little worn down, not very comfortable. All in all the cottage was nice and enjoyable. The surrounding neighborhood was lovely.

Carriage House

The free standing house is very conveniently located about 7/10ths of a mile from Marietta Square, which offers charm, history and many dining options. The house is set back from the road, very comfortable and quiet, with a back yard and plenty of parking. We loved it!

Great location!

We came to the area for a baseball tournament. This was our 4th and final trip and I wish that we had found this property sooner! It is close to the interstate, restaurants, and groceries. The Marietta Square is within walking distance. The neighborhood and property is very, very nice.

Just as advertized

This pretty very pretty and chic house had more than what we expected. Very nice interiors, newer appliances, and comforts. The quiet neighborhood with tall trees was very nice but the proximity to the town square was a very nice surprise. We totally enjoyed our stay here. PS: Recommendation to the owner: You may want to remove the non-working exercise bike from the living room - it just occupies space and is of no use there.
