Gregory's apartment was very clean, modern, and well appointed. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home during our visit. While the location was on the outskirts of the Plaka, it was very convenient and close to the Acropolis and other local attractions.Gregory was excellent at communication and responded quickly to any question or concern. We loved our time visiting Athens with our family!

Athens stop over

We spent two nights at this apartment. Everything was nice with close proximity to the Acropolis museum area. The host was responsive for the majority of the trip. Our only issues were that the shower drain did not drain well so we had to put a towel at the bottom of the glass door to prevent the water from flooding into the rest of the bathroom. The other was that the power went out in the middle of the night during our last night. We had an early departure that morning so we had to pack and get ready by the light of our cell phones. I completely understand why our host was unable to respond in the middle of the night. The power outage was just inconvenient. Other than those two situations, the apartment was very nice and well furnished.

Super fĆ¼r sight seeing in Athen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Zustand und der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Die NƤhe zur Akropolis und den beliebten Vierteln war unschlagbar. Lediglich die viel befahrene StraƟe, an der die Wohnung liegt, minderte etwas den Eindruck. FĆ¼r uns war es aber OK.

Power Outages at Unit

The apartment is tastefully designed with recessed lighting and nice decorations. The location was excellent - close to the sites you want to see in Athens.We had electricity one full day but for the next two days, the main breaker on the electrical panel went off. We could reset it a few times and then the breaker would stay off. This meant no air conditioning, no hot water for a shower, no light, nothing. There are power window shades and for one day, the apartment was completely dark and we had to use our phone flashlights, draining our batteries we couldnā€™t recharge until we could reset the breaker briefly. We left the shades up the next night in case the electricity went out again during the night, which it did. The last day there we had no power. We were told by the electrician that came out it was the fault of our wall charger, but we had used them both before the trip and after on the next segment of our trip with no problems. We also didnā€™t have anything plugged in the last night when the electricity went out again so it clearly wasnā€™t our charger. Although the place was nice and in a great location, we would not recommend it as the owners blamed us for the power outages so did not take any responsibility as they should have.

Acropolis visit

Location was amazing. Acropolis Museum just round the corner, car rental agencies across the street, easy access to sites of interest, good food, cafes, etc. Apartment had everything we needed.

We hebben een heerlijke paar dagen in athene gehad mede dankzij dit mooie appartement op loopafstand van alle leuke plekjes in athene: akropolis, plaka, syndagma, monasteraki, de tuinen van athene: we hebben het allemaal kunnen zien omdat we er zo dichtbij zaten. Mooi appartement met alle comfort. Het portiek oogtiets minder mooi maar dat maakt niet uut.Aanrader!

Great Stay in Athens

Great,very convenient location . The apartment was very modern with great amenities. The only issues we had were that the elevator was only functioning on our first day . It was not a problem for us although we were on the 5th level , it could be for others though . The bedroom on the front of the building was adjacent to a busy street and was somewhat noisy in the evening. Our communications with the owner were excellent. He was quick to respond and very helpful .Would happily stay here again .

This property has an awesome location, footsteps from Plaka, right behind the Acropolis Museum. It has a modern/clean decor and offers everything you would need for a comfortable stay!! Love this property and would definitely go back!!

This was an excellent apartment. Very comfortable and practical. Very clean and very well located, only 5 minutes walk from the acropolis museum and the acropolis metro station. I would definitely stay there again if i come back to Athens.

Amazing apartment

This apartment had everything we need and more.. the location is perfect, only one block from the Acropolis museum and only 15 minutes walk to the Acropolis and Parthenon.. we did not need to rent a car, everything was pretty close but if you need a car there are more than 10 companies around.. the communication with the owner was excellent.. it is a very modern apartment, very comfortable. The only negative about the building was the lift.. only 2 people fit so if you have luggage you might need to do couple of trips but didnā€™t bother us at all.. I could not recommend It more, it made our stay in Athens so pleasant

Spectacular Apartment Near Everything

Wonderful apartment that had everything we needed for our family stay. It was short walk to most things on our list and those that weren't were a short walk to metro, such as a day trip to Agistri beach. Would definitely book again hopefully soon!

Amazing apartment near Acropolis

Our 4-day stay in Athens was fabulous, and the apartment was key to that. Very up-to-date modern apartment with two spacious king bed bedrooms--absolutely perfect luxury for us. Unbelievably quiet, given the location which is right in the heart of where you want to be... (specific detail: those new windows are amazing at shutting out noise!). Communication with Gregory was super smooth throughout. Another detail: we actually lost Internet at one point (important for necessary zoom calls with work back on US, ugh...) but he promptly walked me through resetting the router and problem was solved quickly... Very responsive, pleasant and understanding host. Would definitely return and recommend. A couple minutes walk to the Acropolis museum, Acropolis entrance and Plaka which we took full advantage of... There was a heat wave during our visit but AC kept us comfortably cool at home and sleeping and relaxing soundly after our warm outdoor adventures. What more could you ask for!
