First of all, the front desk lady asked for a $40 plus for an early check-up fee, and this is a fee based on policy; when I asked for the policy, she didn’t provide it to me, and no one was welcoming anyone when someone was getting into the lobby and they were looking at you like something happened. So The next day, I saw they overcharged my debit card. I called the front desk, and the lady was so disrespectful and loud, explaining everything so fakely. I said, Excuse me, that is not true, and then she hung up the phone on my face. So this is what happened when they hired the wrong person at the front desk who is disrespectful, has no customer service, and is mean. The disappointing time was when I asked her name, please, and she said sorry, I can’t tell you my name, which is against the policy. I was so disappointed in her. By the way, this call was made at the front desk between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. today, December 18, 2023. I asked for the manager, and she said the manager was not here either, and she hung up the phone on my face. 😞 I hope the hotel manager find this front desk person and write her up for being disrespectful.As clientss, we deserve respect and kindness because we arenot bargaining, but we pay for the service .
