Beach towels, 1 baby crib, 1 high chair, & 1 stroller. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook large family meal. Many indoor games activities for all ages. ALL bedrooms has TV. All bedrooms are on second level. Internet 400MBPs. Walking distance to 24-hours Supermarket, fast-food & bus station.

- Guests use the entire house with a private pool and spa in their own back yard, BBQ grill available (guests to refill propane if it run out).
- Available 4 parking spaces (2 in the garage, and 2 on driveway)
- Hot Tub is free of charge and the max temperature set for hot-tub is 90 F degrees.
- Gas-heated-pool is available upon request with a fees of $100 first day; thereafter, $50/day for consecutive follow the 1st day. Natural-gas-heated pool temperature is set with a maximum of 80 F degrees.

The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute drive to Disneyland. The house was very spacious and accommodated our family of 9. The host was quick to reply to any of our questions. Highly recommend.

The property was fine. Washer & dryer in laundry area didnā€™t work. I paid $500 to heat the pool for 9 days. Was never heated by anything other than the sun & hot tub didnā€™t work after 2 days. Notified owner by message. Was never answered. We had a very busy schedule, everything else was good.

Went on a family vacation to Disneyland with our children and grandchildren, 9 of us in total. EVERYONE loved the place. 5 bedrooms so everyone had room and the large family room was a great bonding place at the end of the day. Hot tub was great to relax in after a grueling day at Disney. Nice appliances. Awesome huge shower. Tin and Dianne checked in on us and were extremely quick to answer and queries that we had. Drive North on S Euclid and East on Ball Rd and you are at the Disney parking garage. Super quiet neighborhood , yet you can see the fireworks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks for a great stay.

This location was ideal for a visit to Disneyland or any excursions in the area. The large, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house was perfect for a multi family group. The backyard pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again in the future. The host was helpful and immediately replied to all of our messages.

If we recall the posting said it was within walking distance, actually over two miles. Rails for the stairs are rickety and move when used. A lot of the chairs and table are rickety as well. The video equipment either didn't work or needed batteries. Biggest problem was the pool. There were tons of mosquitos. We used it one day and not after due to bits.

We came for a family wedding and the house was 10 minutes away from the crystal cathedral and less than 30 minutes away from the reception venue. Super convenient for us. Check in process was a breeze. When we arrived the cleaning crew just finished up and every thing was sqeaky clean. The pool was a little green but Diane sent over someone to clean it out and it was ready for the kids to swim in in about an hour. The inside of the house was spacious enough for 2 families (12 total: 7 adults, 5 kids) without feeling like we were bumping into each other. The 3 full bathrooms were super convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, table ware and utensils. The pool/backyard was awesome, super spacious, lots of floaties available for the kids and a hot tub! Will definitely come back!

The size and layout of the house was just right for us as well as a great location. I was disappointed in the upkeep of this property. The kitchen sink was disgusting, needed replaced a long time ago. The dishwasher did not get the dishes clean and had rusted areas inside. Lots of worn areas that should have been repaired or cleaned better. I wouldnā€™t invite people to my home in this condition let alone charge thousands of dollars for it. I would not come here again. Hot tub confusing to operate but owner was very helpful.

We had the best time staying in this house for our trip in Anaheim. Location is very close to Disneyland and a short drive from multiple beaches. The pool was perfect for all ages to use! This house had everything we needed and more. Up to date appliances, electronics, and amenities made it easy and comfortable for our stay. We had plenty of room for our large party. It is such a nice place! Will visit again.

We had a blast with 9 family members in total (2 couples, 5 kids). Under 2 miles from Disneyland, pool and hot tub are awesome and there are countless restaurants within one mile in any direction. Would absolutely stay here again with our family.

Loved the amenities, the hot tub was relaxing and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Ten total adult guests fit well. Loved that there was TVs in the rooms. Extra chairs In The garage so everyone fit well to sit down for dinner. Appliances are updated and really nice. Neighbors where really nice and gave us avocados and lemons. Toilettes had bidet (my first time using) and have to get one for my house. Walking distance to Disney land. BBQ worked great! Iā€™ve been to other rentals that donā€™t allow bbq use so to finally enjoy bbq was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had three families that stayed here over 6 days. We found the mattresses very comfortable, the layout perfect, the pool / hot tub were fantastic, and appreciated the amenities (ping pong table, TVs, foosball, etc). The owners were very nice and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

We had five adults and four kids with us. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our kids loved playing in the pool. We did have some trouble with the television and being able to play dvdā€™s, but luckily our kids were happy to play outside most of the time. The house was very conveniently located close to the Disneyland parks. The home owners were very easy to get a hold of. We had to call them on a few occasions because the Internet had stopped working and there was a miscommunication with the pool maintenance man who told us we couldnā€™t use the pool when we first arrived. There were a few things missing in the kitchen like knives, salt and pepper, paper towels, mixing/serving bowls, and there were only 2 kitchen towels. Having some plastic cups and plates would be nice for outdoor eating as well. All and all this was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 11 (5 adults and 6 kids) and we stayed for a week in July. Upon arrival we discovered that the bed situation was not what we expected, as the bunk beds had been removed just prior to our arrival. However, the owners were extremely helpful and brought us additional beds and bedding to use right away. The kids loved the pool and the game room in the garage and we all loved the quick commute to the Disney parks. The house was clean and comfortable and never felt over crowded, even with 11 of us in there. You do have to be able to handle stairs in this house which was not a problem for our group but is good to know beforehand in case you're traveling with anyone with limited mobility. We would happily stay here again and recommend to friends.

Very poorly maintained properly, the floors were disgustingly dirty. Kitchen pots cheap and worn out. Grill not working. Pool was duty, hot tab not working. Furniture ugly and broken. First time renting from vrbo and first time having a bad experience with rentals.

We did have a few glitches. The code on the door had been changed and another situation that the property managers tried to fix and were very receptive to our concerns. The property is dated and out door furniture is in need of serious repair. The table was broken as were some of the lounge chairs.

Over all it has been a great experience from booking the property, through out our stay till we check out. We were here for our son's wedding with the entire family and we had a great time. We will certainly recommend this property to our friends. Thank you to property owners for being very engaged and communicating well through out our stay.
