I had to pay the resort fee on Expedia and when I checked in, I had to pay the resort fee again. So where does the resort fee go that was paid to Expedia. The clerk was rude and appeared to think I was in the wrong because I booked with Expedia. Furthermore, the front desk was not responsive to our need for pool towels. And I wanted a hotel that offered breakfast and Nativo popped up as an option. They do not serve breakfast.
