"Super cute place once I found it. The tools are located above a tiny grocery store and I hadn’t realized that. Don’t let the store deter you from booking. I arrived around 8, it was closed. Parking lot of 4-6 spaces were empty. All good, very quiet and peaceful. Very nice area right by the water. "The place architecturally isn't "beautiful" or "luxurious". However, it is sparkling clean and has all the amenities you can think of. Everything just works. The staff are super helpful. I had some laundry that needed to be done and they were able to help me out. I had some things that needed to be air dried and they were able to accommodate. "We enjoyed our stay here in June 2026. The apartment was a good size and well equipped. The views were lovely and it was very quiet. A couple of days before our check in day we received a message from the host with some very helpful information about things to do and see in the area which was much appreciated. "Very friendly hotel. Lovely Scottish lady carried our bags upstairs and made us drinks with chocolates when we came in after dinner. Cosy room and best beds ever!!! Bathroom cold and a bit old fashioned looking. Needs renovating. We ate at Sauda in the town as the restaurant wasn’t open. It was very nice. Good breakfast. Lots of parking."

"This is such a magical spot !! The host was communicative and helpful and the property was cozy and well equipped. Possibly the favorite point of our trip! Plenty of room to spread out. Had to deal with a handful of flies on arrival that were stuck inside or dead but there was a lil vacuum so not a big deal. "
